Get on Microsoft Store. STEAM and Big-Fish have lots of features missing. It's still excellent though.
I really enjoyed playing this game, though it did take me a couple of tries to finally get into it. The storyline was very interesting and I enjoyed how they released the game in chapters instead of having everything be a single game. Some of the chapters were long, others were short, but they were interesting and it told the story really well without having to sacrifice game length. It was a very unique story that told of a hidden civilization, and I loved all the hidden stuff in it. The puzzles were all different and kept the game interesting. The collectibles were also really nice to find, though it was harder to find all of them in the final chapter. The music was also fitting for the moments. I am also impressed with the animations for the cutscenes. Other hidden object games struggle a bit with that, but everything was fluid, especially when everyone was speaking. The movements around the scenery was also incredible and made use of the space! I was very impressed with this game. There are a few cons with this game, though most of them are with the final chapter of the game. The final kaleidoscope puzzle never worked for me and I would get the puzzle SO INCREDIBLY CLOSE to what it needed to be and the game would never take that solution. I tried it a couple different times, and I had to skip the puzzle to finally move on. I also couldn't find some of the Adera Symbols, which was really frustrating. The achievements for this final chapter were really hard to get, especially with the glitches I was experiencing, so I wasn't able to get some of the achievements either because they never triggered or I had no way of completing them all (with the adera symbols especially). As an achievement hunter this really bothered me, especially when I spent a good couple hours trying to search for things that weren't even there. Even with this, I thought the game was pretty great! Sure there are some things that need to be fixed, but for the most part it introduced a lot of different perspectives and game mechanics I've never seen in hidden object games before. It's a shame this isn't playable through Steam anymore, but it definitely deserves a playthrough!
Would recommend - for casual gaming / for kids or teenagers - for getting your mind off of things - for enjoying visual beauty Pros: - Beeeeeautiful and rich graphics: Scenery, objects, collectibles - Creative and intriguing collectibles - Great variation of puzzles - Relatable story Cons: - Story is unfinished, the ending very short - World not entirely believable: the way things are hidden away, or break all the time, to provide a huge amount of riddles - who would hide everything in such ways or have control panels for every little thing? - Handholding: Would be better if you could turn off more of the hints (sparks around clickables, instructions at bottom) Further suggestions for improvement: - Continue story!!! :-) Oh that would be nice. - Give player a few moments to take in a new room before Jane comments on it (would be more realistic and immersive) - Collectibles look beautiful against black background when picking up, but not in the bright green gallery, if you want to look at them later. Change background color there? - Collecting animals is somewhat questionable ethically, or illogical ("collecting" a snake? xD) Let Jane photograph them instead and have them fly or run away afterwards? Just a thought Would be nice if the story were continued one day. If it is, I'd be interested in buying it. I had a good time with the game :-) At least, I hope the company who bought the producer's company will re-publish it somehow. I think a lot of people could enjoy it.
Long game. Enjoyed it.
Fun.
Güzel değil, oynamayın
This is not terrible game, but is is not great either. Overall, slightly disappointing. * Puzzle-puzzles are allright, most difficult about them are controls. Wire connection puzzles are glitchy, Final ball puzzle is very buggy (you have to try hard to get ball not glitched iniside wall). Kaleidoscope puzzles are very hard to pull off because they are essentially random. * Find all named objects puzzle is getting old very fast and fells like padding more than gameplay. Those screens are also very low effort - as if someone went on rampage throu google image search and copy pasted something kind of not exactly coherent, * Adventure style puzzles are good. World expolation is also good, even if world itself in not exactly coherent. * Story is okay. Not way too original. But enough for this kind of game. It could have used better presentation and some plotholes should have been at least handwaved away.
