Fantastic game all around. Neat puzzles that just take common sense to figure out. Very few games get me to yell like a mad man when wielding what is essentially a gatling-gun. I really want to know more about this world, It has left me with so many questions (I now know what it's like waiting for Half Life 3). I plan on potentially going through the campaign a few more times on an easier difficulty in order to try and find more of the secrets. Afterwards I hope to dive into the zone patrol mode next, where there is apparently more to do than in the campaign. My only complaint is that the final fight of the campaign isn't very fair. The only reason I won after somewhere near 8 attempts on normal difficulty was because I brought a laser magnum from the past level. I was trying to use high firerate weapons at first, but they simply weren't even flinching and took me out in 2 shots.

Excellent game, with two very fun modes!

I was never so surprised and taken back by a game before. The overused stock low-poly assets that you probably seen in a few games before might turn some people down but other elements of this game tottaly make up for it. The gunplay is extremely solid and satisfying, the "gravity arm" is great, chucking objects at enemies will always be fun, and I couldn't believe how unnerved and borderline terrified I was at some parts. This game has two modes, the campaign and than patrol zone. I enjoyed the campaign, but where this game shines the most is the patrol zone. You are a conscript that is dropped onto the map you played trough on the campaign (with few changes and completely new areas) and you're given objectives that you have to finish, or you can go exploring and find other objectives, better gear etc. But as you do them you start to uncover the secrets of this place and find more objectives and hidden puzzles that bring you closer to answers. By the end the narrative had me in a vice. I highly, and I mean HIGHLY recommend this to any fan of the Half Life, or anyone really.

awesome campaign with tons of weapon and enemy variety. very well paced. Still playing through zone patrol. My first attempt I bounced off it hard, but now I'm starting to progress in the mode and it's quite fun.

Just barely edges out to be positive. It's a fun shooter to pass the time but there's no that much new or innovative in it. I'm not the biggest FPS fan, to be fair.

immensely fun throwback to a generation of FPS games that needs more love.
