Ad Nauseam is an intricate choice-heavy psychological medicore thriller about an amnesiac facing both real and mental horrors within a world akin to an endless, liminal hospital. The game is an original genre fusing aspects of Visual Novels, RPGs, and Point-&-Click games with elements of immersive sims with multi-solution open exploration areas, and a unique combat system to boot that seamlessly blends narrative and gameplay with no failstates. Explore and uncover the secrets of a strange medical-themed world with its own unique rules, cultures, conditions, history, and supernatural happenings, unlike any other you've seen before. Discover countless secret rooms and characters, read telling documents on weird happenings, explore a large swath of inhabited, abandoned, and visually striking rooms, atriums, stores, and vistas, and pick the brains of a large colorful cast to piece together the threads of an enormous interwoven narrative web.

The world theming of Ad Nauseam is heavily inspired by the works and the aesthetics of Yami Kawaii, Liminality, Traumacore, and both Modern & Pastel Goth looks. It features a very long, diverse, and dark soundtrack with hundreds of tracks done by lolratz, combining elements of Breakcore, Hyperpop, Witch House, and Scenecore music genres to create a Y2K mash of sound that'll turn all of your mental breakdowns into music videos.

Ad Nauseam's Sanitoria is full of disturbing secrets, and widespread mental challenges. Thankfully, you won't have to be alone- Tsurine will have the opportunity of engaging in one of four different major romance routes. Each character will have a large influence on the story, aid you in combat, and offer a powerful slowburn yuri romance to make you cry, and vomit! Carry your romance, and each choice you make, out of hundreds, into each next entry into the series, building a unique run of your own that differs from everyone else's! Ad Nauseam remembers everything you do and say, and contains hundreds of branching moments, both big and small.

Ad Nauseam is a quadrilogy, composed of 4 games called Collections, each with 4 chapters called Discs. I will release the game one Disc at a time, with major updates, each in a completed state.

The current release of Ad Nauseam - the Wrong Side contains the first 3 Discs fully complete.

The final chapter ( DISC 4 ) will be released after as a free update upon completion.
