About
ABOMINATION OPS. A cinematic sci-fi visual novel with explosive action, psychological tension, twisted lore, and bleak humor.
The aliens came to Earth. We fought them. Somehow, we won.
But before their defeat, the occupiers created human-alien hybrid children to help govern the conquered planet. When the invasion collapsed, their creators wiped their minds, abandoned them on Earth, and fled.
Humanity inherited the children of its enemy.
Years later, those children have grown up in a world that despises them. Some wander the ruins as outcasts and raiders. Others have found a different purpose: Doing the jobs ordinary humans can't.
Abomination Ops follows one such covert special operations unit as it is sent into the fractured remnants of America, where successor states wage war, abandoned alien technology still contaminates the world, and nobody is entirely sure what really happened during the invasion.
They were engineered for an occupation that never came to pass.
Now they have to figure out how to survive as slave soldiers.
Abomination Ops is a linear, story-driven visual novel staged with the energy of an action film:
Fully voiced dialogue from beginning to end.
Cinematic character staging, animation and action sequences.
An original soundtrack spanning shoegaze, death metal, synthwave, industrial, and even stranger territory.
A fractured postwar America of cult gangs, ruined cities, political intrigue, alien remnants, and societies rebuilding among the bones of the old world.
A character-driven story about loyalty, identity, violence, friendship and people who were never supposed to exist.
Created by one human, many machines, and no committee.
Abomination Ops is planned as a three-part visual novel. This release contains Part One: The Montauk Operation.
