Abandoned Croxon Mansion

Lucky me has the dubious honour of writing the first review for another one of Anamik Majumdar's asset flips. Abandoned Croxon Mansion is a template flip from Anamik Majumdar, who keeps reskinning the same lame GameMaker Studio game template and re-releasing it on Steam with a few minor changes. The GameMaker Studio template he keeps re-releasing is just a basic retro pixel (couldn't he rip off a template with proper graphics??) 2D top down/platformer stealth/action game. No professional effort was made in terms of game development, using a game construction kit requires no game development talent, and unsurprisingly produces products that have little to no value as games, especially when compared to the work of professional developers who create genuine products for gamers. No matter how many times this guy copy+pastes the same game, it's not suddenly going to become anything but garbage. Rehashing the same game over and over again is just a cheap nasty cash grab. It's important to note Anamik Majumdar has denied using GameMaker Studio to make his asset flips, despite every single one being made with GameMaker Studio. It's unclear why Anamik Majumdar is consistently dishonest about his asset flips. In line with other asset flips, this was immediately dumped into cheap nasty DailyIndieGame bundles at launch. As usual, my recommendation is to never give money to asset flippers and construction kit copy+paste scammers, so don't reward this one.

Gostei bastante do game. Inicialmente fiquei meio perdida quanto à localização do save, já que o jogo tem save automático, mas você precisa selecionar o slot. Depois compreendi que todos os slots (saves) estão disponíveis, mas apenas é liberado para o jogador o último save. No mais, gostei bastante da história e levei alguns sustos. Trarei como gameplay para meu canal.

Bought the bundle at a good price and this one was my 2nd game played in this series... I'm enjoying these and they are still good for a mindless hour of fun and sense of accomplishment!
