AaaaaAAaaaAAAaaAAAAaAAAAA!!! Remastered

It's hard for me to rate this game. I remember having more fun with the original, and although I expected the game to have some kind of VR mode, there isn't one. The menu looks cheap and I feel like it's a step down compared to the previous game. Also, for some reason, my PC also gets very hot while playing Aaaa.. Remastered, so maybe it's not very well optimized? I don't know, I don't think the requirements are very high for a game like this. But overall, the gameplay is still great. I'll have to play it some more and see more levels, because these first ones feel pretty easy. I also like the visuals. I might try it on the Steam Deck as well, as it feels like a game that would be fun to play on the handheld too. I'm giving this game "Yes" but keep in mind that I would choose "Maybe" if there was such an option.

A qualified remaster of the original game. Keyboard support only and no cloud save as yet. Need more vibe music, +VR would be perfect.

better than expected, really fun

I'm enjoying it, and the graphics are very good. What's surprisingly not as good as the originals is the audio, which doesn't hit quite right--the techno doesn't pulse the same, nor the choir music. The overall tone bends more toward dystopia than irreverent chaos, which I miss. Also FAR easier than the originals. I get 5 stars on my first try nearly every time, whereas in the originals I really had to work for it over and over.

A worthy game in its own right for fans of the original titles. The controls are a bit different in this iteration of the series, but not to the point of detracting from this new experience, (though I do prefer the old style as it was perfect). Graphic fidelity is much improved. Comparing it so rigidly to the originals and downvoting to oblivion is basically judging it by how much it isn't like those games, which seems an odd choice. The game is solid base-jumping fun, per usual, though it could use some polish. Still worthwhile, if not much of a remaster in any meaningful sense.

Excellent remaster of original game! Somewhat easy to learn but harder to master - if that's your thing, give it a try and have a safe landing!
