as the developer, i think the game is pretty cool

I think that this accurately simulates being very confused about everything that is going on. For more information, look at the developer's review.

A platform game about criminal psychiatry. The plot is simple and not very interesting, the soundtrack is cool. The platforming part is not very complex, but there are several difficulty levels, the combat system is similar to Terraria. A large arsenal, with a shotgun implemented double jump. As a short game for the evening is not bad. Crazy achievements (1000 hours in the game).
A Step From Insanity, birçok psikolojik hastalığı olan ve deliliğine son vermeye çalışan bir adamı canlandırdığınız 2 boyutlu bir platform oyunudur. Tanıdık olmayan bir arkadaşın rehberliğinde, her türlü akıl hastalığını iyileştirebileceği söylenen gizemli akıl sağlığı tozlarını arayın.
You drink alcohol to regain your sanity in this game, so I drank wine most of the time I played this. As someone who has an interest in psychology and mental health (and considers themselves insane), I really felt curious about this game, and was pleasantly surprised by the amount of humor. The writing was really well done in my opinion, and I wish there was actually more of it, especially at the beginning. It seemed like there wasn't really much for the first few areas. I don't even like 2D platformers, but this really kept me motivated to keep playing, even with the parts of the game I didn't like. The platforming needs some improvement and leaves much to be desired. The sections with "wind" are a bit difficult to figure out. In some areas it can also be hard to tell what is the "background" and what is "an actual thing you can stand on" at a first glance. Having to jump with the shotgun onto some places is also kind of annoying. Lastly, some sort of reticle of where you are shooting does not appear in boss battles, making them a bit difficult as well. For free though, I would give this a try. Took me about 2 hours to complete (including the times where I got up and re-filled my wine glass) so you can easily complete this in an evening. If you can get through the platforming (I somehow did, maybe it was the alcohol). I'll actually probably play this again.
Very fun game, you can have a greate time and forget about real life for a few hours
