Every price cut of more than 20% we have observed, in each market that quoted one, with this game's chart position on either side of it. These are episodes, not a model: a sale is one event, and one event cannot tell you what the next one will do.
Reviews, worldwide (the counter carries no country): 3.86/day in the week to Sep 11 → 14.29/day in the week after.
For scale, across Steam · Top Sellers · Brazil over the last 30 days: the 23 chart moves that followed a price cut of more than 20% went a median of 14 places towards #1, and the 2,420 moves with no price cut behind them went 2 away. One store, one chart, one country — it is the only place we have enough observations to say even that.
Prices outside the United States have been collected since 6 August 2026 and chart positions since 19 July 2026, so a cut older than that has no market to compare and a market that joined later has no history yet. Nothing here is converted between currencies.
About
Leave the noise of the world behind and step into the quiet, rhythmic life of a woodsman. A Game About Chopping Trees is a meditative experience designed for players who find peace in simple, satisfying tasks, all wrapped in a calm and relaxing atmosphere with no timers, no pressure, and no stress. At its core, this is a game about the pure satisfaction of chopping trees.
When it's time to move on to a new stretch of woodland, hop aboard your trusty handcar. Pump the levers and glide along the rails through serene, peaceful landscapes. The journey between forests is just as relaxing as the work itself. Simple. Satisfying. Entirely at your own pace.
Enjoy the satisfying crack of timber as towering trees split and fall beneath your steady hand. As you make your way through the forest, invest your earnings to improve your chopping skills with upgrades such as a sharper ax, a stronger swing, and more efficient techniques that make every session feel even more rewarding.
The forest is a living cycle, and you can help it thrive. After clearing an area, take a moment to give back by planting new saplings in the spaces you've created. Watch your efforts take root as tiny sprouts gradually grow into towering trees once again. This gentle cycle of reforestation keeps the woodland lush and vibrant, allowing you to shape and nurture your own ever-changing forest.

Reviews
A competent but underdeveloped 2.5-hour experience that feels unfinished and not well playtested. From pacing to bugs to very odd design choices, it feels like this game started off as a great idea but fizzled out and was shipped instead of trying to flesh it out. The actual gameplay is implemented competently, if shallow. It feels like the mobile version of chopping trees in Valheim. Simplistic, predictable, easy, a couple of upgrades for good measure, and a vibey aesthetic that is very flat and static, underdelivering in all other areas. Playing through the game once by myself and once with a friend, the multiplayer is a rather odd experience, throwing off the pacing of the game by having each player only get money for the wood they process. It also features the only use for player health in the whole game: killing your friends with a chainsaw and resetting the process to the last MANUAL save. Falling trees don't do damage; there is no fall damage to speak of; the entire HP system exists for no reason but to accidentally destroy progress. The reasoning behind this and similar designs is quite baffling. By no means a bad experience to spend 2 hours with a friend. But nothing to ever recommend to someone.

Tree. Good.
Perfect cozy game to zone out to for hours! the scenery is beautiful in this game. was operating on the lowest graphics settings and it was still stunning! I would love to see more tree chopping areas added as DLCs maybe? in the future! This is a great little game. I would definitely recommend this to play!
