Every price cut of more than 20% we have observed, in each market that quoted one, with this game's chart position on either side of it. These are episodes, not a model: a sale is one event, and one event cannot tell you what the next one will do.
Reviews, worldwide (the counter carries no country): 0/day in the week to Aug 23 → 0.14/day in the week after.
For scale, across Steam · Top Sellers · Brazil over the last 30 days: the 26 chart moves that followed a price cut of more than 20% went a median of 7 places towards #1, and the 2,402 moves with no price cut behind them went 2 away. One store, one chart, one country — it is the only place we have enough observations to say even that.
Prices outside the United States have been collected since 6 August 2026 and chart positions since 19 July 2026, so a cut older than that has no market to compare and a market that joined later has no history yet. Nothing here is converted between currencies.

Unfortunately, the puzzles are mostly simplistic, except for one (the Subway) that doesn't really give clear enough instructions. The final scene is broke in two different ways, so you get frustrated unless you waste a hint and realize you're just not able to click on the items. Had to return to HQ then go back for one and quit the game and restart it for the other. Two achievements also seem to be broke.
Gonna give this a thumbs up, though there a few problems with. I like the style of it, though the same music gets irritating after a while. And then I got stuck on the very first chapter as the info you collect and then have to enter is wrong. I just happened to see what to enter while watching the trailer for it. It showed what to enter. So that caused me some problems. As for the achievements, I have no clue how t get 2 of them, and I have played this 4 times. Seems like most of us have the same problem. Other than that, not too bad of a game.

i mean it's really not bad, kinda wonky at times. a short point and click game, solving/deducing is essentially just minigames +the music was nice overall i mostly liked it
Good game
Dr. Leyton style puzzles, simple enough but decent narrative, worth it for under a fiver
I really wanted to like this game. A detective point and click game is very much my genre. Maybe I'm just too dumb for these types of games (although I absolutely slay at Shadows of Doubt so it's not that I'm a terrible detective) but the puzzles in this game seemed impossible. Impossible, confusing, unclear and frustrating. Nine times out of ten I bluffed my way through and when I couldn't do that I decided that this game wasn't for me. Maybe if you're smarter than me or have more patience than I do you might enjoy this game. The art style is incredible and I love the gameplay mechanics used to transport you from crime scene to station to puzzle. It's not a terrible game, by any measure, but I feel like the puzzles need more thought and to be more intuitive than they are currently. Pros - Great art style - Good gameplay mechanics Cons - Puzzles are vague, confusing and frustrating. This was enough to ruin the game for me as puzzles are such an important part of the game and the detective work. Overall Rating: 5/10
I play a lot of detective games. This game had some potential, but its not worth the price as the game stands. There is no real mystery, just a bunch of (not so challenging) puzzles. I managed to soft lock myself after an hour and a half of play. I could get back from a new game if i wanted, and may do so in the future, but it will take some time. For a first time developer effort its competent, but the game needs something extra it doesn't have right now.
Not really investigation, mostly just puzzles. Kinda disappointed.
A dead body in Amsterdam's red light district launches a detective's investigation across jazz clubs, Chinatown, and hotels. 1988 Amsterdam provides the backdrop, rendered with charming pixel art and a jazz-influenced soundtrack. Five acts structure the narrative. From the opening notes, the music commands attention. Five distinct tracks cycle throughout, each complementing different Amsterdam locations and investigation moods. Puzzle design spans chemical element assembly, fingerprint matching, weather map reconstruction, and lock identification. Each type demands different cognitive approaches, from chemistry knowledge to spatial reasoning. The variety sustains engagement across the five-act structure. A murder suspect leads the detective through Amsterdam's red light district, jazz bars, and Chinatown across five acts. Witness interviews and environmental clues build the case. A self-aware detective protagonist adds personality. The victim's identity unfolds gradually, maintaining narrative momentum. Chemical element assembly demands forming molecular formulas from periodic table components, requiring both chemistry knowledge and logical deduction. Fingerprint matching compares partial prints against databases, while weather map reconstruction pieces together atmospheric conditions from scattered data. Codebreaking sequences recover images through nonogram-style logic. Several puzzles resist logical deduction, requiring trial-and-error brute-forcing rather than deductive reasoning. Anagram sequences in particular demand letter rearrangement without clear hints, disrupting the investigative flow. Developer self-promotion appears as unskippable cinema credits, breaking the noir atmosphere without adding gameplay value. A hint system provides assistance without penalties for wrong answers, maintaining accessibility. Pixel art renders Amsterdam's locations with charm, from neon-lit red light streets to intimate jazz bars. The jazz soundtrack rotates through distinct tracks, each reinforcing the 1988 Amsterdam setting with era-appropriate instrumentation. Overall, a jazz-inflected soundtrack and varied puzzle mechanics deliver a noir detective adventure that sustains momentum across five acts. Occasional obtuse puzzle logic and intrusive self-promotion represent minor friction against the atmospheric investigation.
