... Wer unterstützt diese Gruppen? Was motiviert unsere Politiker? In principle, the program does just that. Presenter Michela Ledwidge briefly introduces the topic and then we can access various information on our own. To do this, we teleport awkwardly to various desks and activate futuristic discuses. Then we get information about the topic. Mostly as audio, but there are also nice bar charts and great networks. The presentation is unfortunately very poor. The teleportation works only moderately. The alignment of the viewing direction is a fiddly horror. Everything is very imprecise to operate. The selection buttons in the menu panels have to be pressed manually, for example. The x-key for closing is difficult to reach even for tall people. Short people probably need a chair to get out of the menus. The choice of design, a hyperfuturistic AR studio or a kind of holodeck is certainly a matter of taste. The information provided by A Clever Laber is important and interesting, so this program will certainly find users. Moreover, this information is available for free. Therefore, an informative in the short review and here, unfortunately, a thumbs up because the topic is important. However, the presentation of this serious topic is unfortunately so bad that it is no fun to look at it as well. 👀More Equality on my curator page. A Clever Label is a free VR experience. It worked on my HTC Vive and Index system, looked ok, played ok, sounded ok. VR documentary experience that explores the links between anti-LGBTQI lobbyists, politicians and organisations in Australia. Try this, If you are interested in LGBTQI rights.
An innovative approach to exploring data and media in a self-led documentary format. Check it out if you're interested in LGBTQI+ rights in Australia, or the impact of lobby groups on Australian politics. Played on Oculus Quest 2 via airlink and worked well. Engaging, immersive experience.
"A Clever Label" is not a game. Games contain meaningful gamelike interaction and game loops, which are absent in this software. Instead of being a game, "A Clever Label" is a software application that presents a badly made VR documentary (glorified Youtube video) that explores issues of the bigotry and discrimination that exists in Australian business and political systems. The vast majority of gamers on Steam are not from Australia. Whether we may or may not agree with the cause, it's my firm belief that politics of any kind has no place in gaming. It does no service to gamers at all for political or social agenda to be shoved down our throats, no matter which side is doing the shoving. We're here to have fun, not get indoctrinated. Because the primary purpose of this product is totally unrelated to gaming (and because this "VR Experience" documentary is not a game), this really just makes gaming worse, and does nothing to further the developers political crusade (observe the user counts below). This is one of those things that gives amateur developers such a bad name. For those unfamiliar with what actually makes something a game, a "game loop" describes the interaction and feedback a gamer has when playing a game. Tetris, for example, has a game loop where a random block appears, the gamer interacts with the block to position it, and then the game decides if that finishes a row or not, increases the players score if any rows were completed, then gives the gamer another block to position. Counter-Strike has a game loop where a player seeks another player, tests their skill against that player by shooting them or being shot, the computer rewards the player if they win, and then if the player survives, they repeat that loop. There's no loop here, no true interactive feedback. It simply is not a game, it cannot be "played". This has misleadingly been launched in the "Games" section of Steam instead of the "Software" section. This is a common mistake for developers who are new to Steam, or don't understand the difference between games and software which isn't a game. It seems this software published incorrectly as a game is simply lack of experience/knowledge of the correct process. Here's a link for the process to publish non-game software on Steam: Steam Developer Help With Software Publishing It's unfortunate this process was not known about/followed, resulting in a software application being published in the wrong place. Publishing things which aren't games on Steam in the Games section as games is misleading to gamers and somewhat harmful, because it pollutes the Steam marketplace and takes away visibility and market exposure for genuine game developers who do the right thing and make games for gamers. There are no gameplay loops in this software, no "gameplay", no meaningful game like interaction. It's a software application and as such has no merits as a video game for gamers. Because of this, I cannot recommend this non-game software as a game to gamers. Despite having no up-front cost, this failed to appeal to the 130 million+ gamers on Steam. SteamDB shows this peaked at only 3 concurrent users... this is a dismal public reception. This was so bad they couldn't even give it away.
Before I played A Clever Label, I had a small pp, no friends, no gf, depression, and no life. These things havent changed, but the game is pretty good
