About
In 911 OPERATOR, you take on the role of an emergency dispatcher, who has to rapidly deal with the incoming reports. Your task is not just to pick up the calls, but also to react appropriately to the situation – sometimes giving first aid instructions is enough, at other times a police, fire department or paramedics’ intervention is a necessity. Keep in mind, that the person on the other side of the line might turn out to be a dying daughter’s father, an unpredictable terrorist, or just a prankster. Can you handle all of this?
PLAY ON ANY CITY IN THE WORLD*
Check out thousands of cities from all around the world. The Free Play mode lets you choose a city to play on - the game will download its map, along with real streets, addresses and the emergency infrastructure. You can also try the Career mode, which contains 6 cities with unique events – survive an earthquake in San Francisco and save Washington, D.C. from bomb attacks.
MANAGE TEAMS
A number of police, fire department and paramedic units are at your disposal. The forces may use a variety of vehicles (from common ambulances to police helicopters), essential equipment (e.g., bulletproof vests, first aid kits and technical tools) and consist of team members with different abilities.
Main features:
Over 50 recorded dialogues inspired by real calls: serious and dramatic, but sometimes also funny or annoying.
Real First Aid instructions.
Opportunity to play on any city in the world!
6 selected cities in Career mode, featuring unique calls and events.
More than 140 types of reports to encounter.
12 types of emergency vehicles (including helicopters, police cars and motorcycles).

For scale, across Steam · Top Sellers · Brazil over the last 30 days: the 23 chart moves that followed a price cut of more than 20% went a median of 14 places towards #1, and the 2,515 moves with no price cut behind them went 2 away. One store, one chart, one country — it is the only place we have enough observations to say even that.
Prices outside the United States have been collected since 6 August 2026 and chart positions since 19 July 2026, so a cut older than that has no market to compare and a market that joined later has no history yet. Nothing here is converted between currencies.

I did receive this for free, and it is a genuinely fun game. Play on a higher difficulty, probably not expert because it kinda sucks, in order to get a real feel for the game. Not too complicated, though if you really wanted to get wrapped up in the stats of each of your officers, you could. A bit misleading at times, especially with wording, and to call the "voice acting" wooden is an understatement. At the end of the day, the game is just enjoyable, HOWEVER, there's no damn way I would've bought this at full price, even now. $15 for this is, frankly, not worth it, but, hey, no harm no foul. Gameplay: 9/10, very fun at times, even when overwhelming. 100%: 6/10, nothing really worth noting in regards to difficulty, hardest thing it asks is to beat the unique stories on expert, but you only have to beat the last one on expert to get the achievement, so... (I did them all on expert just to feel smth). Solid game, cop on a sale tbh.
It is a really fun game, having to manage resources and actually learn practical advice. However, on the Party is Over mission (The Music Festival) it seems like you cannot progress through that point no matter how well you do. I am aware others have had issues with this aswell, but otherwise it is a super fun game!
911 Operator
911 Operator was a short-time giveaway on the Steam store and I got it then. There's not much to this game. You have 3 different services - police, fire and medical - each of which has some variety in vehicles, personnel and equipment. Think police motorcycle squads who can quickly respond to traffic offenses versus a slower-moving paddy wagon that can haul multiple folks to jail. So it's a matter of selecting the right / closest resource, sending them to the incident and reacting to any further developments (like shots fired on a scene). You get some actual calls where there's voice-over and you get some choices on how to respond to get more information, the address of the incident and sometimes to figure out whether you should even respond. Other calls are just pop-up alerts on the map. And some scenarios have an incident that throws everything into absolute chaos (think earthquake in San Fran). It's a cute but basic mobile-type game that was entertaining for a few hours. Dispatching in Dispatch was more difficult though there were a couple of neat scenarios that were particularly entertaining. If you got it for free or for like 80% off you'd probably be pretty happy with the 4-8 hours of game play you'd get out of it.
I clicked on a case, the Cars drove there and didnt anything. But the idea is good. Metacritic score was Right!
It's a fun game but it stops being fun and it gets grindy pretty fast, I still had fun though.
