About
In 911 OPERATOR, you take on the role of an emergency dispatcher, who has to rapidly deal with the incoming reports. Your task is not just to pick up the calls, but also to react appropriately to the situation – sometimes giving first aid instructions is enough, at other times a police, fire department or paramedics’ intervention is a necessity. Keep in mind, that the person on the other side of the line might turn out to be a dying daughter’s father, an unpredictable terrorist, or just a prankster. Can you handle all of this?
PLAY ON ANY CITY IN THE WORLD*
Check out thousands of cities from all around the world. The Free Play mode lets you choose a city to play on - the game will download its map, along with real streets, addresses and the emergency infrastructure. You can also try the Career mode, which contains 6 cities with unique events – survive an earthquake in San Francisco and save Washington, D.C. from bomb attacks.
MANAGE TEAMS
A number of police, fire department and paramedic units are at your disposal. The forces may use a variety of vehicles (from common ambulances to police helicopters), essential equipment (e.g., bulletproof vests, first aid kits and technical tools) and consist of team members with different abilities.
Main features:
Over 50 recorded dialogues inspired by real calls: serious and dramatic, but sometimes also funny or annoying.
Real First Aid instructions.
Opportunity to play on any city in the world!
6 selected cities in Career mode, featuring unique calls and events.
More than 140 types of reports to encounter.
12 types of emergency vehicles (including helicopters, police cars and motorcycles).

For scale, across Steam · Top Sellers · Brazil over the last 30 days: the 23 chart moves that followed a price cut of more than 20% went a median of 14 places towards #1, and the 2,420 moves with no price cut behind them went 2 away. One store, one chart, one country — it is the only place we have enough observations to say even that.
Prices outside the United States have been collected since 6 August 2026 and chart positions since 19 July 2026, so a cut older than that has no market to compare and a market that joined later has no history yet. Nothing here is converted between currencies.

2. Dzwoniący do OBS. To udręka, gdy brakuje numerów rejestracyjnych poza stanem. 6. Wpisywanie. Adres, komentarze do połączenia, numery telefonów zwrotnych. I ponownie. Aż wyjmą sobie kulki z ust i ci odpowiedzą. 10. Jeden z twoich samochodów otwiera kluczyk i mówi: „Lincoln 81 6, ruch!”. W rzeczywistości kierowca, drugi kierowca, wszyscy czterej pasażerowie obu pojazdów, każdy przechodzień (to dobrze, jeśli widzisz wypadek, zadzwoń do nas!), młodsza siostra kierowcy, z którą pisała SMS-y, i jej chłopak z innego stanu dzwonią o tym.

The game is a great management simulator. It has positive and fun moments - from real life scenarios that you have heard in YouTube or news and casual events that 911 operators deal with. There are some downs too - like changing city and your team instead of building a single team (lack of new mechanics maybe not allow it). I didn't really like going from city to city with a new team and complete rookies. another thing is stacked up wehicles in one location and good luck selecting the ones you need. Just overseen feature but has to be solved to further enhance game or spread them quickly so I can select right wehicle after the case is solved. I would rate it 7 out of 10. Pretty fun management simulator if you ask me.
It's a bit stressful trying to allocate a finite number of police/fire/ambulance units to various incidents all across the city - you need to figure out what to send where and when and how many or people will definitely die. People will probably die either way honestly, as that is life I suppose. It's interesting, and it's challenging. The gameplay loop is extremely straightforward, so I assume it just has more nuance in the 911 calls about what to do and the frequency intensifies as you go on.
