It does not tax my critical thinking skills. The stories told by its unscrambled images do not challenge my beliefs or suggest new ideas. It is a non-threatening videogame. It takes ninety minutes of my day and occupies them with hexagon-flipping pleasure and soft musical bliss, distracting me for a short time from my fears, doubts, and obstacles. Sometimes that’s exactly what I need from a videogame. 6-Sided Stories is a balm for a bad day.

very chill, easy to understand how to interact with the puzzles, without needing to write us a handbook. speaking of hands: I saw this game features in (I think?) and Access Ability showcase, and the creator has the same issue with their hands as I do, so it was really nice to be able to play a lil puzzle game without totally exhausting my hands. If you're looking for cute lil puzzles and a cute lil story, I highly recommend this cute little game. Also, the music is delightful??? That's some good study music, for sure.

Really simple game that has a cute jigsaw puzzle mechanic but contains a cute story with a cat, mouse, and dog alongside it throughout the seasons. A recommend for jigsaw fans! Music is nice, too. Casual little puzzle with relaxing music and simple gameplay. The game takes you through four seasons, each with 8-10 puzzles, and tells the story of a cat and its friends. Each season illustrates a brief event, such as taking a cookie out of a jar or making a sandcastle. This means that images are not particularly interesting because they might have the same objects, sometimes in the same spot. Mechanic is simple and appropriate for all skill levels. Each puzzle has an image made up of several hexagons. However, several of them do not fit the image since they are not facing the appropriate way. Your task is not to move them around because the pieces are always in the correct location. Instead, you simply have to flip them horizontally or vertically by clicking on the hexagon's edges. The last mechanic is that certain pieces are the wrong color. If you are colorblind, do not fear; the changes are evident. To correct these hexagons, simply click in the center to restore their original colors. Of course, you can change the color of the correct pieces, so you need to be careful. Images are well-drawn, making it easy to spot incorrect pieces. If you are stuck, you can click on a hint to see how the image should look. And, to make help you even more, one of the wrong hexagons will begin wiggling after a few seconds. The number of hexagons that must be flipped increases with each puzzle, but the whole thing isn’t difficult and can be finished around 1-2 hours.

This is SUCH a cute game! If you enjoy jigsaw puzzles, you'll definitely love this one. There's more to it than just putting the pieces together, you also have to make sure it's the right colour and flipped the right way. It can be pretty challenging at times, but very rewarding to complete! I have finished the game and it took me about 2 hours. I loved meeting the animals along the way, and they were adorable.

Además tienes un botón para ver como queda la imagen completa La música viene a modo de lista de reproducción para cambiarla fácilmente y ademas con los nombres del grupo/artista El Idioma no influye en nada, "una imagen vale más que mil palabras" es la manera en que podríamos interpretar la comunicación del juego (No hay textos ni para el menú de opciones y aún así no me resulta confuso) DarZal Games son de los creadores de Quest Givers: Un dúo canadiense que crea juegos independientes divertidos y acogedores. He tenido la suerte de contactar con ellos y de recibir una clave antes de su salida. Son muy simpáticos, si por casualidad te preocupa a quien va el dinero, va a buenas manos y quizás con potencial de sacar grandes joyas en un futuro. (Ya han sacado 2) Aprobado por Kerolink 😉

6-Sided Stories is a tranquil puzzle game that weaves a charming tale of unlikely animal friendships! Told through a simple yet effective pixelated art style and accompanied by some chill beats. The game invites players to unscramble a series of tableaux by manipulating hexagonal tiles, in some combination of horizontal/vertical flip and colour swap. This game-play is uncomplicated and quick to pick up. Suitable for casual puzzle enthusiasts of all ages. I thoroughly enjoyed a relaxing couple of hours spent uncovering the antics that Cat, Dog, and the rest of the gang get up too.
