About
5 Minutes Until Self-Destruction is an escape room-style puzzle game where you're trapped on a spaceship moments from destruction. Think fast - or get blown to pieces.
The ship is filled with interconnected puzzles and minigames that test your logic, observation, and quick thinking.
Features:
- The entire game unfolds over a strict 5-minute timer
- Solve interconnected environmental puzzles to unlock new areas and ultimately defuse the self-destruction mechanism
- From the very start, the final goal is in plain sight
- Fast loading and restart times
- Completion timer for speed-runners
Can you outsmart the countdown before time runs out?
DISCLAIMER
It’s a short game by design, and the time-to-complete varies depending on how quickly you can think and act. Finishing on your first try in under five minutes is possible, but very difficult.

Awesome time playing this game - took me about half a dozen tries but I managed to escape with 4 seconds left.
Very addictive game and a difficult game that challenges you. I almost got into the escape pod. Cheap considering how much you want to play until the end. Strongly recommended!
Jeu d'escape game assez difficile sur la fin, mais sympathique. Un chouya court à mon goût.
Loved it! After playing Escape Simulator 2 so much it's nice to play a shorter escape room that has a lot more tension. I do second what somebody else said about the hearing aspect, as i have awful hearing and could only just make out the numbers said, but i still managed. Would love to see a second episode
So, I played a round in this game and I'm not sure that this is a game for me because my anxiety didn't like it very much, but the game does seem like it would be a fun game to watch as a stream. The puzzles I did find in the game didn't seem super difficult, it was just more finding where you need to go next. I would still recommend giving the game a try to see if it's a game for you.
재밌네요. 3트만에 탈출함.
Oh I love this! It is stressfull, challenging and fun! I needed 5 attempts to escape and did an extra run to sharpen my time.
Short but cool ! I did 4:43
El juego esta muy bueno! Tenes que saber un poquito de inglés para un par de puzzles, pero bastante básico. Espero que expandan el juego con más niveles en los que estés a punto de explotar ♥
Cute idea, but 5 minutes was apparently not enough time for my brain to become useful. Some puzzles were fun, but others felt more tedious than clever, especially after a few failed attempts. Once I knew certain sections were coming, I was not excited to solve them. I never actually managed to escape, so either the game won or I discovered exactly how useless I would be in an emergency. Neat short game if you enjoy timed puzzle challenges, but definitely not for people who start panicking the moment a timer appears (I'm people).
