This game sort of falsely advertises. It says 100 levels but that's not really true. There are actually 50 levels but after you beat the 50th, you play all the levels in reverse(starting and goal location are switched). The levels themselves, barring the reverse thing, are ok. They capped at what I would describe as medium difficulty after a point. Wish they were harder but oh well. The gameplay itself is ok. The developer does a few things to keep gameplay fresh, like introducing trap tiles, jump pads and dash resets. But there's just not enough complexity of level design or depth of mechanics to really make this good, even for the price. It's just acceptable. A nice little diversion. Still, it's difficult to complain too much about this considering it's just a dollar. And speaking of which, the game's QoL fits the price as well. 10 seconds to win! doesn't save your options (or at least not fullscreen) and choosing "start" starts you off at level 1 instead of where you were. Neither are big deals considering the completion time for this game. There also isn't any sort of best time tracker or speedrun mode So....yeah. It has some rather obvious flaws but it's difficult to really care considering it's a dollar. Neat little thing to buy if you have 30-60 minutes to burn.
The controls are not made very clear and the whole game is just pretty basic. It's not *bad*, persay, but I wouldn't recommend anyone play it. There are better experiences for free from flash games.

Extremely fun and well thought out game for just a dollar. Awesome.
If you're remotely competent at platformers this is an easy 25 minutes for 100 achievements. Other games have done much better in the genre with more substance, value, and replay ability. 10 Seconds to Win cost less than a buck and the achievements are popped en mass. You know what you're getting if you buy this, don't tell yourself anything else.
