About
Are you ready to roam the city and find hidden cats?
Zippy Detective: Cats is a puzzle game where you explore an atmospheric city and try to find hidden cats. The objective of the game is to find the hidden cats located in different parts of the city, bring them to the area in front of the Eiffel Tower, and earn all the achievements in the game.
Avoid flying ships and waiting geese that may chase you while trying to find the cats. Flying ships may snatch the cats you are after, making it harder for you to retrieve them. If you collide with geese, your screen will be covered in feathers and you may lose the game. When you find bones and give them to dogs, they will find a cat for you.
Moreover, the customizable theme of the game provides players with the freedom to personalize their experience. Players can choose the theme that suits them best, in addition to the atmospheric environment, and customize their game experience. The four different theme options within the game provide players with a different atmospheric feel each time they play, offering them a unique experience every time.
If you enjoy puzzle games such as "Hidden Folks" and "A Building Full of Cats," then Zippy Detective: Cats may be the perfect option for you. So come on, find the hidden cats in the city and send them all to space by bringing them to the area in front of the Eiffel Tower!

allahım hayatımda hiç sokaktan topladığım kedileri uzaylılar çalacak korkusu yaşamamıştım
受不了了,太晕了,还差10只没找到但感觉我再玩下去我就要死掉了。
I have to start this off by saying that I'm not a fan of these games. Hidden objects should be a secondary optional mission for a game, not the premise IMO. I'm not going to judge this game based on that. I played this to get the achievements. The concept of the game is simple; find the cats hidden in the low poly style walking simulator. There's no storyline; you just get dropped into a map where you start finding cats and bringing them to the Eiffel Tower so they can get ascend into the atmosphere from beams of light. You can take 9 at a time and are searching for 100. Pros It's an easy game you can 100% in about an hour if you're casually playing. The controls are very responsive and there's controller support. The ships, dogs, and geese were a nice touch. To have more concepts in a game that is incredibly specific is nice, even if it is exceptionally few. Cons The style of the game made my eyes hurt. Changing the color scheme didn't help. The whole concept of the cats were awful! You find one and it follows you until you take them to the Eiffel Tower. Okay, that's fine, understandable even. Then you have these ships that fly around the map, and if you get hit with a spotlight by them, it scares the cats back to their original spawn. This was also okay, and actually imperative to the game. The problem is in the programming with the cats. If you have them following you for a bit (Which happens a lot once you start having less cats left) they become SO SLOW that they are all the way across the map from you. Then when you get to the Eiffel Tower, you have to stand there for up to an entire minute waiting for the stragglers to finally catch up because they follow your movements. Why aren't they just moving the same speed as your character? This was annoying in a game that was already boring me. Then, to top it all off, they started glitching to where they didn't come at all! So I would have to seek out a spotlight ship, get hit by it, then figure out which cat didn't come. This was the deal breaker for me. It happened 3 times in my one search for 100 cats. I went down under the staircases of the apartments (I'm assuming) and glitched into the wall. I was halfway out of bounds and it took me a good minute to get unstuck. I stopped going down there until a dog showed me there was a cat I should've seen when I searched down there and got stuck. Do they spawn after you give the dogs bones? That's weird if they do. The map (yes, there's only one map) is very bland, repetitive, and you had no freedom whatsoever. There's stairs you can't use even though they look exactly like stairs you can. The border of the map blocks you from walking on the bridges that seem completely made. Why make a subway system entrance if you can't enter? Why weren't there cats on the top of anything like awnings or under cars? They were always completely out in the open on the streets except the few under the stairs. The hunt felt bleak. As the only mission in the game, it should've been something to put effort toward, right? This game is literally $1. I'm sure the target audience would think this game is acceptable even with it's flaws, but I wouldn't recommend it to any experienced gamer. I would put the difficulty at a 2/10 (because the only way to fix that bug is to get hit by a spotlight and figuring that out takes a very basic understanding of game problem solving) with the aspect that it be played by the partner of a gamer that likes cats and is trying to play something to experience gaming for the first time because they want to have that connection with their significant other, or a toddler that's trying to get better with cognitive function with a parent to guide them through the basic steps of controlling the game.
mühsam und langweilig
