I would recommend that anyone just avoid this waste of time. It promises one thing in its premise, but is essentially just the multi game concept of Inscription done extremely poorly. Not only are the "mini games" made poorly and intentionally waste your time, but the in game "adviser" does nothing but passive aggressively poke fun at the real frustration and unreasonably harsh punishments for failure the game imposes. If you like a game to waste your time learning a bunch of complex mechanics only to kill you repeatedly with scripted events and then intentionally make fun of you for failing, then this game is for you. If not, avoid it.

amazing gem, love the artstyle. still haven't gotten the true ending yet, no idea how to
I'm not sure what this game is going for: I expected I was going to be playing a psychological horror game that was profiling me. But what I got was an RPG Maker game that felt a lot like many of the roguelikes I've seen in the past few years. It's definitely unique not just for an RPG Maker game but in general. I made it through one map of the game, all the way to a boss, and then found myself at another map again, knowing I'd have to go through it again and I couldn't bring myself to carry on again. I have no idea how it was profiling me, or how it would then use some information to psychologically figure me out just from the random generic story and bosses it was throwing at me, but it wasn't hooking me as the game that was "promised" to me from the description is not there. I'm not saying it has to have some kind of evil dark theming, but telling me you're psychologically profiling me in a horror game and then giving me a RPG Maker roguelite with a generic story doesn't match up in a way that entices me to continue to play.
A fun mostly text based game with rotoscoped cutscenes and a bunch of mini games! You can pick 1 game per section, and some are easier or harder then others! One game mode that's very tricky is the robot one. My favorite so far is the part inspired by Inscryption and the Puppet Master sections! This game has lots to do, if you want a medivel experience, try that! Romance? Try the dating sim! It's very fun and I reccomend taking notes so you can keep track of the path you take/passwords that show up. Some achievements can only be earned if you have beaten the game! There is a skip text button if you want and a review text in case you accidently went to far/fast and missed something! I like how this game is done and have spent a lot longer then I normally do in RPG Maker games as it has so many things to do that don't feel like a grind/need-to-do or else! :) Def give this game a try and see which mini-games you like!
I don't post reviews, but I felt like I should for this one. I thought this game would be very fun and interesting. However, I would not recommend it for the sake of sanity if you don't like being confined to the arrow keys on your keyboard. Your mouse does not work in this game. You can't click on anything. Neither does WASD. Or the rest of your keyboard for sections where you're inputting text. You HAVE to use the arrow keys on your keyboard for a majority of the game for navigation of options. This would be fine for people who actually use a PC with a seperate keyboard and larger arrow keys, but what attracted me to this game is that it can run on my crappy laptop. It is however very annoying to navigate the entire game on four keys, two of which (the up and down and arguably the most important for this game) are half the size of a regular key. It's part of why I didn't finish the game. It takes the fun out of it when I keep accidentally clicking stuff I didn't mean to. I have serious hand pain in my right hand and this one little detail makes it inaccessable to play. It physically hurt me to play and I had to take a lot of breaks. I don't need to do that if I'm playing with an mouse. Also the detective mini-game is very limiting. There's no way to get all the information in one playthrough of it which is the point of a detective game. Detective and investigative games aren't about how much information can you get in three days. They're about getting all the information to make the correct deduction. Because of the limited number of choices you get each day, and the fact that you don't heal between nights, you'd have to use multiple save files to get everything. I got told by the narrator after getting killed that I could play the detective game without combat, but there's no indication of that and no where does it recommend having multiple save files. Keeping only one save, which is how I play a majority of my games, is the worst decision you can make for this game and there's no warning against it. I WANT to like this game. I was very excited for it because I liked the premise. But the gameplay is inaccessible to me on so many levels that I can't even finish one playthrough of the game. I don't recommend it to anyone with hand mobility or pain issues and if you DO play it, keep multiple save files.
