You Are The Code

A cute, short puzzle game. Despite the programming aesthetic, this is [i]not[/i] a programming game, and there's surprisingly little programming knowledge required to play it. For programmers, this will make the first 1/2 of the game a bit tedious, as the game spends quite a few levels tutorializing concepts like "variables" and "goto", but the back half of the game has some really unique mechanics and fun brainteasers, including some fun meta-elements echoing Baba-is-you. I think my only complaint is that the game feels like it's missing a tough set of challenge levels for after you beat it. Each section in the back half introduces a new, clever mechanic (including one that may make PHP veterans experience "variable variables" PTSD), but I was really hoping for a set of levels mixing multiple of those mechanics together, rather than just one-shots. For a few hours of puzzling fun, I'd say it was worth my time for the price.

很有意思的游戏，希望赶紧有中文版（其实中文版意义不大……）

A very cool game it brittzles your brain in a very different way. Also an cool new approach to a puzzle game. You really need to start thinking in the later games. Can recommend this to everyone that likes Puzzle Grindings and you should probably heared about Programming somewhere :D But its explaining this stuff pretty good so don't worry! It could need a small loop that brings you to actually want to play the next level. My brain needs this food to actually want to continue. But this is probably just a me problem. All in all a good game for an Early Access Game! From the execution and design of the game its already pretty well polished. But be carefully I encounterd a lot of "Bugs" but thats a core concept of this game :D

非常推荐！叙事的占比恰到好处，解密部分难度曲线平滑，引导做得很好所以基本不会遇到卡关的情况，并且效果非常juicy玩起来很爽^^ 完全是美味甜品了

You Are The Code, c’est un jeu de puzzles où le code est déjà écrit, mais dont il faut exécuter les lignes de commande soi-même pour écrire le résultat attendu. Pas de timer, pas de pression, et les niveaux peuvent être remis à zéro à tout moment pour réfléchir à une meilleure piste. Quelques défis sont bien retors, mais aucun ne requiert de connaître la programmation -tout est présenté de manière graduelle et décisive, ce qui permet d’anticiper les interactions ! Étant prévisibles, les énigmes d’origine n’ont pas beaucoup de rejouabilité, mais un éditeur de niveaux permet de partager des énigmes personnalisées, ce qui ouvre les perspectives. Produit reçu gratuitement pour avoir participé aux phases de bêta, j’y ai passé quelques heures bien remplies. Pour moins d’une dizaine d’euros, je vous le conseille chaudement !

Yay, another great game from ThinkWithGames! It's a must-have if you love puzzles, even if you don't know much about programming. There's a good amount of content already and looks like there's more on the way. You can even make custom levels for other people to play - highly recommend this lil gem!

This game transports you into such a cool world that's so fun to get lost in! It's clear that a lot of thought was put into every detail, from the puzzles to the sound effects. Great overall!

A sweet, bite-sized code puzzle game. The puzzles were enjoyable and didn't get too esoteric - especially rabbit_hole was a great section!
