My thoughts for this game are positive, I enjoyed the prologue version, it is a combination of roguelike and tower defense which is very player interactive, there are many options you can utilise that aren't just placing characters on the tiles and waiting for them to kill enemies, this makes the game more engaging throughout the waves where enemies become tougher, I liked that there are options to enhance the characters take such as talents and upgrades, the prologue is worth checking out if you are interested in the full game.
7/10.
I actually own the full game of this prologue & believe me, this game is worth it! Even though this free version only has the "Survival Mode" only; the full game does comes with an actual comic book story to play along with; Full access to the complete roster on "Survival Mode;" Looking behind the scenes of your favorite female characters; Giving them meals; Upgrading your army of your Supporters & your 'Harem' Fighters that your collecting/building; & If you get the DLC's for the full game, well basically your doubling your chances on everything (more or less). The point is, this game really does have beautiful animation arts, hardcore strategizing for the battles, & it's really super fun to play. The full game is called "Yokai Art: Night Parade of One Hundred Demons," the game is worth owning & playing & it shouldn't cost very much. Or you can continue playing this game for free as long as you wish (Even if this prologue game is a demo), but Fair Warning!, if you manage to get to the final boss of this game, that's when the battle will come to a close, & it will reset you back to the beginning, without giving you a chance to fight the final boss himself. Anyways, Enjoy!

Yokai passives and card upgrades make every playthrough exciting.
It's really fun! Super cute art, gameplay loop thats designed to gradually unlock new troops that are fun to use, and a challenging gameplay loop. But at wave 12/16 it lagged for me since there were so many enemies on screen. Maybe that's just my PC?? But.. I was defeated then. Blaming the lag : p Some optimization options would be good to add.
