Reviews
Really good atmosphere and history, the game is very immersive and I felt fear and confusion as I belive it was intended. The only thing that bothers me is that the "symbol puzzle" in the final minutes of the game was really confusing and it should have some hints or a better explanation on what are you supposed to do. Anyways, the ending is awesome and open for interpretations, it is a really good game and I recommend it.

O jogo é bom em sua proposta. O ambiente foi bem construído, porém cacere de mais puzzles e é curto. Tem uma história interessante mas ela não tem a mesma profundidade in-game. Quem quiser um passatempo pode se aventurar sem problemas.
Unique and creepy experience. I'd love to see more of these kinds of games.
BOM JOGO
Damn, Yeli Orog is unique! I played this game on my YouTube channel. (MikeSalamiMan) This game has a great story. It's also a drug trip. (In a good way.) I guess the one downside is it gets confusing near the end, but it's clever. I love stuff like this. There was so much put into this game. And yet, IT'S Free! WOW! (Steam time is wrong?)
Looping clips of an apartment and some outdoor areas that you navigate by clicking the sides of the screen, with some "visual effects" from standard video editing software, at one point you shoot gifs of "aliens" that show up on those looping clips. Halfway through the game just started bugging out and being all stutterery, until it just crashed...10 minutes before the ending, the developer didn't bother having a save system cause its too short anyways... 30-40 minute game. All the "lore" is explained to you by reading a huge wall of text on the first screen...which is really stupid considering this whole project main gimmick is you know THE MOTION VIDEO? Why tell all your story through pure text? Anyways the crashing could potentially be due to some windows update that ruined compatibility for whatever codec this "game" uses... but honestly I don't really care to find out, I can think of 100 better things to spend 40 minutes on... including reading an actual book.
You spend half the game staring at a black screen with nothing to interact with until the actual game decides to resume. It makes no attempt to build up atmosphere or tension and just hits you with goofy 3D clip art and a shooting section that ruins any immersion. And the "puzzle" section towards the end was bafflingly cryptic and a total waste of time. I spent forever tapping each key on my keyboard to figure out what each symbol represents and it turns out you're supposed to go on what they're shaped like? Like, what a five year old would do? The one bit of "mythology" they came up with was kinda interesting but I could find that stuff on r/creepypasta for way less effort. If you really love FMV games I guess you could do worse, otherwise it's not worth the one hour I spent on it.
Not sure why I did not review this game after finishing it a few years back, but considering "surreal full motion video adventure game" is probably not even in my top 25 favorite game genres, the fact that I played this game all the way through really speaks to the work put in by the developer. And seeing just now that there is another (seemingly?) similar game from the same studio available, and also for free to boot, inspired me to pass along a positive review of this title to try to continue the chain of people discovering this insane little piece of art.
Great. Creepy, one-play-through game with a tricky puzzle. Play alone, in the dark, with headphones in.
