Ny tak, norm na chasok poigrat ;}
Plaayed ~6 Skirmish matches, opened ~10 boosters from rewards, made a deck (Multiplayer is unplayable for obv reasons) From small amount I played rules look too biased to overrun mechanic, if u manage to keep board ahead by ~2 creatures, enemy wont keep up, even with all removal and def, because u only need to hit base 6 times with ANY creature. Mind cheap haste creatures. So the game ends in 5-10 mins. Also game uses the 'Prophecy' mechanic from TES Legends to fight this sheet, but i coudnt see it doing anything good. Good Luck tho
I've been enjoying my time with this game! The core mechanics are fun, the visuals are clean, and the sci-fi theme is well done. I especially liked that earning all five stars on missions requires some strategy. Building my card collection was also very satisfying and gave me a reason to keep playing. Looking forward to seeing how the game continues to develop!

The gameplay is good, and the art style is also great—simple and easy to learn. The balance between factions is important, and Xeno Strike does a good job of it as well. You should give this game a try.
i shouldnt be giving it a review with this low of play time but i just didnt feel like learning how to play the game even though it looks cool, i just didnt understand how the mana works fast enough so i just left sorry
A fun card game – easy to learn, addictive, and full of excitement. Each game is a little different, which keeps you coming back for more. I hope it brings a fresh perspective to card games.
First impressions
Normally i would give game in such rough state negative review, but it is free and under a pile of bad quality of life problems there is a fun ccg. My first launch ended up with several bugs, like tutorial prompt did not showed up and rewards for wins weren't given. It is not particularly hard to figure out how everything works since game similar to "You-Gi-Oh: Power Of Chaos", but i still suggest checking tutorial first. UI sometimes fails at snatching cards to the board, so you have to try few times in different places to actually put something up.
Gameplay
Very short battles - this is definitely mini-CCG and not something serious like Gwent. Deck consists of 40 cards, making hard to get proper synergies as things you want to combo might never appear together. Each turn you get +1 to max energy and refresh all energy to make moves, so it starts slow and kind-a same each fight, while again, something like You-Gi-Oh allows for placing almost any unit right away, giving more freedom and variety. Units split into 'land' and 'air', there are also spells and towers - pretty much whole content. Abilities are basic: tank, anti-air, aggressive who attacks right away, deadly one-shotter etc. Nothing special about them. There are about 40 campaign stages where you can play basic or hand-made decks vs AI to get bunch of currency for opening packs. As i understand further currency can be gained only from PvP... I personally don't like PvP due to existence of ropers and long turns (60 seconds) - heck this is why playing only offline ccg. You also rely on other people being there to matchmake with, which might be quite hard with such mini-game. In fact, SteamDB claims daily peak players are 2-4.
Uniqueness
None. I have seen such gameplay many hundred of times, but here we lack proper quality of life in UI, tutorial, animation, sounds, music, pretty much every step requires adjustments or improvements. While PC does not provides many free ccg with decent quality, Android definitely has a lot to offer for free and they can be emulated on PC easely. There is no proper story or explanation of world, no cutscenes, no 'heroes', just the battles themself that are quick to go through. Visual style is not really unique, i have hard time understanding which unit where by simply looking at cards, they just blend together. There no indication if you can attack with specific unit or already done it.
Conclusion
Xeno Strike CCG is 'not bad', but should you really spend time on not bad games while there are many good ones, unique ones and overall all bunch of alternatives in same genre? I see it is not stated as Early Access, but definitely feels like it. Normally if it comes to dice, cards, spins etc i ask myself: "is this project more fun than Circadian Dice"? And it determines if there is a point to continue playing (they are quite similar). Unfortunately, for me personally Xeno Strike is way too much generic and it will take months to play through all other better titles this year till i get to it. Just in 4 days we have releases of Water Park Simulator, Zuminoes, Mistfall and Corsair Cove, followed by Beast of Reincarnation and Emberward next month. And by the time one goes through them all, another bunch comes - Bioden, HOPE 01, Valheim with coop, and amazing Withering Realms.
This is a well crafted Hearthstone like ccg with some nice original twists. The dev is quite responsive and actively improving the game. I love what I have seen so far. Feel free to use my referral code to get some extra card packs: XS-84617E66
The game looks and feels really good overall. The visuals, table design, and menu all have a clean and professional style. The gameplay is enjoyable and the overall presentation is solid, making it easy to get into and play.
I am completely new to card games, so I was surprised by how much I enjoyed this one. The tutorial made it easy to get started, and after a short time I was learning new strategies and having a lot of fun. Every match feels rewarding, and earning new cards through gameplay gives you a good reason to keep improving your deck. The science fiction theme looks fantastic, the card art is beautiful, the animations are smooth, and the sound design fits the game perfectly. Everything feels polished, runs very smoothly, and the gameplay is both relaxing and strategic at the same time. The best part is that it is completely free to play!!!! ❤️
GAME DESIGN: 4 / 5 - pretty decent for 1-man shop alpha indie, honestly; game is surprisingly fun ACESSIBILITY: 2 / 5 - very indie; poor English in some places; UI needs improvement PRESENTATION: 2 / 5 - well, it's AI generated but it's curated in a fun way and reasonable CONTENT: 3 / 5 - some various game modes available already -- again this is a very indie alpha TECHNICAL QUALITY: 3 / 5 - bugs in some places but the core of the game works very well VALUE: 4 / 5 - fair and low prices for what it is OVERALL: 3.00 / 5 -- An indie CCG. It's actually really great for what it is. Fun to play, easy to learn. Tons of cards to collect. Plenty of PvE content available. Very generous for F2P and no paywalls. The pixel art is also really fun and cool, with 4 space-faring factions. Also the sci-fi flavor is new and enjoyable. I recommend checking this out to any card game enjoyers. It's so quick to get into there's literally no risk except 5 minutes of your time.
