Rating: Dito: 3.4/5 Chat: 3.5/5 Gesamt: 3.45/5
Прикольно-психоделично. Есть над чем подумать. Страшновато. Рекомендую. Из минусов: - Местами плохая графика.
This is a nice short game, perfect for streaming. Around 45mins depending how quick you can solve the puzzles, which are fun not overly complicated but they do make your brain work. Check out my reaction and full gameplay on my YouTube video. https://youtu.be/l-n7TfkIqrU
I Loved the thrill & the gameplay in this game. The story was a little vague for me & my viewers. I highly recommend playing this game. Keep up!
Developed and published by Beshbarmak games, Writer. Chapter 1 is a psychological horror adventure that emphasizes suspense, exploration, and storytelling over fast-paced action. The game opens with the protagonist awakening in a strange location with little memory of how they arrived there. The only guidance comes from an unsettling inner voice that insists they are the legendary "King of Horror," immediately setting the stage for a story where reality, imagination, and fear intertwine. Instead of revealing its secrets all at once, the narrative slowly unfolds through environmental clues, hidden details, and fragmented memories, encouraging players to piece together the truth while questioning everything they encounter. Atmosphere is the game's defining strength. Every environment is crafted to create a lingering sense of unease, using dimly lit interiors, abandoned spaces, and realistic visuals to maintain tension from beginning to end. Rather than depending solely on frequent jump scares, the experience relies on psychological pressure, subtle sound effects, and the fear of the unknown. Players are constantly encouraged to investigate every room and inspect seemingly ordinary objects, as many of them contribute to the unfolding mystery or provide hints needed to continue. This slower approach to horror rewards curiosity and patience, making the experience feel immersive for those who enjoy narrative-focused adventures. Gameplay centers on exploration with a mixture of light puzzle-solving and survival elements. Progress often depends on paying close attention to the surroundings, discovering hidden items, and solving environmental puzzles that are challenging enough to remain engaging without becoming frustrating. One of the more memorable mechanics is the use of a camera that reveals objects and clues invisible to the naked eye, adding an interesting layer to both exploration and puzzle design. At the same time, players must remain alert because a dangerous creature stalks certain areas, transforming otherwise calm exploration into moments of genuine panic. The survival mechanics remain accessible, ensuring the focus stays on the atmosphere and story rather than difficult combat or resource management. The presentation complements the gameplay remarkably well. Realistic graphics help make every location believable, while the audio design is particularly effective at building suspense. Ambient noises, distant sounds, and carefully timed effects constantly remind players that they are never truly safe. The game's relatively short length allows the developers to maintain a consistent pace without unnecessary filler, ensuring that every encounter, puzzle, and story revelation serves a purpose. Automatic saving also helps preserve immersion by reducing frustration and allowing players to focus on uncovering the mystery instead of replaying lengthy sections after failure. As the opening installment of what appears to be a larger series, Writer. Chapter 1 leaves several questions unanswered while providing enough intrigue to make future chapters worth anticipating. Its estimated playtime of around thirty to sixty minutes may leave some players wanting more, especially those expecting a lengthy horror campaign with deeper mechanics or multiple endings. However, the concise structure also works in the game's favor by delivering a focused and well-paced experience that avoids overstaying its welcome. It succeeds as an introduction to a larger narrative, establishing compelling characters, an unsettling premise, and enough mystery to spark curiosity about what lies ahead. Writer. Chapter 1 may not reinvent psychological horror, but it demonstrates a clear understanding of how effective pacing, environmental storytelling, and immersive audiovisual design can create tension without relying on excessive action. Its engaging premise, accessible puzzles, memorable camera mechanic, and consistently eerie atmosphere combine to deliver a satisfying horror experience that prioritizes mystery over spectacle. Although its short runtime limits the depth of its mechanics and story, it serves as a promising foundation for future chapters. Fans of atmospheric horror games that value exploration and narrative progression over combat will likely find this opening chapter both enjoyable and intriguing. Rating: 7/10
