I found it very fun and dynamic. Very intuitive and I loved playing it.

"World of Grim!" More like "The World of Dark Fairy Tales!" if you ask me! But I'm not gonna lie, I like it! This card game is the most easiest & pretty much the simplest game, your mainly collecting & training your "Fairy Tale" card collection of characters to possibly over come your opponent. If there is more to this, I'm sure I'll figure it out if I continue playing, plus the game is free. So if your interested in free card games, by all means, feel free to try it. I think this game is pretty cool in my book of favorite games.
very fun card game with awesome artwork and incredible voice acting would highly recommend
Banger game, altough ill be honest i thought it was multiplayer at first... I recommend the dev to make it a "story" instead of "matching" against players
I enjoy the artwork and the different sections. You can build your deck in many different ways. I also like the dusk and dawn idea and what it does to the lanes.
World of Grimm is a very good card game it is fast pace (5 minutes games), and the mechanics are really easy to learn if you like games similar to Marvel Snap this is the game for you (also influenced by Magic, Hearthstone and Gwent) the location system and the card abilities are similar to marvel snap but you have an extra stat on the card (life) that is giving extra mechanics and combos there is also a dawn/dusk system that again add to the deck building possibilities the devs advised that they are working on different play modes including a draft mode the characters in the game are well known as based on the bothers Grimm's fairy tales the art is good and all the variant (different skins for the cards) are even better the game is Free to Play so everybody can give a shot on steam (will be available in the future also on mobile) and the monetisation is based on the variant so no pay to win as the game is in early access there are few bugs but the devs are releasing updates very frequently and also they are very responsive on Discord (https://discord.gg/tcD8XsA4)
Mechanically feels rough, and card descriptions feel vague, felt myself often wasting cards trying to figure out if x would work here. Didnt see how bad in app purchases are, but just feels like there's a lot of better card games out there
I've been really impressed so far with World of Grimm - it's got a unique aesthetic and the bones of a very addictive card battler that leaves you with that "one more game" feeling. There's a lot of comparisons to draw with other CCGs I've enjoyed, most obviously Marvel Snap. I can feel similar deck archetypes popping out to me with the "destroy" and "on play" mechanics, though here's some extra layers here that give it more depth - like the daytime cycle and the added focus on card health; it feels like a hybrid of SNAP and MTG. As its in the early days, there's definitely tons to build on here and I can feel it going in some unique directions going forward. Best draw for me though is the Grimm universe setting, which I love. There's no tactical advantage for sale in the shop, just a big focus on card art and celebrating artists. I've already seen tons of different sets I want to collect. Overall - it's early days and you can feel the usual alpha rough edges and bugs, but there's a ton of potential here and I am having a blast with it. Definitely satisfied as a big fan of CCG battlers and the dark fantasy vibe. Devs really quick to respond to and patching almost daily.
