I really do enjoy most of their titles. This game is, however, unplayable. The PvE element of this game requires you to beat a CPU enemy in a randomized field. Issue number 1: all of your units are Mouse Trainees, a unit whose only special ability is being 15% LESS likely to hit. Issue number 2: the enemy has random units, meaning they often have at least one high-tier unit. Issue number 3: you need to beat this CPU enemy THREE TIMES in order to gain a SINGLE CARD!!! TL;DR: This game is literally unbeatable, due to the lack of PvP or scaling PvE.
Quite fine. A bit bugged and skirmishes are super-imbalanced. I see a lot of potential here :) 7/10
I'm reviewing it ages after the fact because Steam is suggesting it to me again. This game is so bad that it single-handedly convinced me to stop wasting money on Sokpop games. It's an RTS where you only get one unit despite being sent out against AI opponents with more variety. Since the AI's units are far superior it should win every game decisively, but it's so stupid that every few games it will just forget to attack and you win for free. Winning doesn't unlock new units automatically, though. No, you have to win these tedious and completely pointless matches quite a few times before you'll get even one additional unit type. I can imagine it being marginally more fun if you had a human to play against, but the game is dead, so you won't. It may only cost $3, but it's also one of the worst games I've ever played.
wasted a lot of time playing with friends
Looks like a fun game but there is currently NO WAY to play online or with your friends because me and my friend couldnt connect to a server. Very dissappointing! :(
I stopped going through the sokpop games out of boredom months ago and then came back out of a completionist compulsion and these duds at the end are not helping matters.
Card battler with 18 cards. After 2 wins, you get a random card. The AI is not challenging, and you will find yourself winning almost always. Collecting all of the cards is what is going to take you the most time, and using a deck of gold cards should take you the longest time as your pulls are completely RNG. Music is pleasant enough for short intervals of play. You can face your friends as well, which will give it more variety in strategy.
Игра милая. идея с потенциалом. но плохая реализация геймплейных фишек и интерфейса.
It has cute visuals, but unfortunately also several issues:

The AI pathfinding sucks (my troops walked several times into visible stronger enemies/death instead of around them).
So does the barely existing music.
You can't undo orders, so if you misclick in the heat of the battle, then... fuck you I guess!...
crashed more than once
I only recommend this with a heavy heart, because it's cheap and the idea behind it is appealing. I somehow sort of like the game, but hope the devs work on and improve it a lot in the future...
At the moment the multiplayer does not work. Also I find the progression to be boring and way too grindy. If you're looking for a quick fun time and expecting something like stacklands don't buy this game.
