I'm immediately a fan! I love the music and graphics, and I sometimes choose wrong options just to get a certain siren pop-up 👀
A fun point and click puzzle game focused on info matching and task management that rewards attention-to-detail. While your goal is to remove the pop-ups as they appear, I often find myself not wanting to close them because I want to look at them fully! They are quite clever and the humor is peak. And soooo much praise to the artist(s)!! The style hits on the retro-nostalgia feels perfectly. And don't even get me started on the incubi and siren pop-ups... ALSO, Webediah is a micromanager through and through. Constantly popping up even after X'ing him out (go to BED, grandpa), critiquing my virus-identifying skills, reminiscing of his ex(es). Props to whomever voiced them.
An extremely fun little game! The wizard and virus windows are both quite funny and got a fair amount of chuckles out of me, fantastic for killing time
WizardWare is a game where you play as a download wizard. accept or reject downloads make sure its name and numbers is correct or else you'll get a bunch of pop ups! 90s aesthetic or 2000s aesthetic I would just say retro graphics and cartoon UI great for windows or linux users alike. old Windows Operating System User interface linux fans will like this if cinnamon desktop users or Linux Mint users (unknown if runs on linux as of yet) awesome game 9/10 will keep on playing! the pause screen is like Windows 3D maze Screensaver! a nice detail.
Honestly such a fun and exciting little experience! Lost of great art, visuals and thoughtful design! You can tell a lot of love was put into this silly endeavor! Plus the voice acting on Mr. Webb was STELLAR! ;) 1000/10 Def worth the price.
A fun take on the point and click adventure genre that does a great job taking inspiration from games like Papers, Please while still maintaining it's own identity! Absolutely recommended!
i wish wizards were real
A fun way to spend a couple hours. The game play is surprisingly satisfying (I never thought pop up ads could be so entertaining!), the visuals charming, and the visual gags funny. I also enjoyed the comedy stylings of Mr. Web, the somewhat less than helpful wizard mentor. The screen saver on the pause screen was also a nice touch! All in all, I definitely feel like I got my money's worth.
'Tis wizard time! I keep saying I want to chat with the pretty siren ladies but they keep disappearing whenever I click on her. 0/10, siren DLC when?
Easy to get into and challenging game full of heart, whimsy, and beautiful art. The management systems are tactile and the pressure gradually rises as you test your recognition skills and, most importantly, try not to immediately click to see if hot sirens in your area DO want to meet you. One day... one day...
