About
Wizardry Variants Daphne carries on the lineage of the classic RPG series, Wizardry. The portal to the labyrinth of despair, where even destruction is pleasure, has opened once again.
Once every 100 years, the Abyss opens.
It is a curse of death that consumes the continent. A Warlock who coveted Death, devoured people and animals and enveloped the world in despair.
Inheriting the power to seal the Abyss over generations, kings have continued to protect the kingdom from its curse.
But now, the king has vanished, and the world is being consumed by death, moment by moment.
Resistance itself is meaningless.
There is naught but to perish.
Experience an adventure of your very own with unique allies based on combinations of classes and races.
Perilous traps and mighty foes await in the dungeon. Take on a high difficulty that only Wizardry can offer.

Good game pretty far, haven't encounter many bugs and if i did then it usually a easy fix by just relaunching the game or something similar, the progression is pretty easy but not too easy, so you get that dopamine effect, later on the grade system does get harder so you do need to get better equipment and have an actual team set up and not random people in them just cause you level them up. My only complaint is the autolocking system, yes you can change it in the menu, but if your a idiot like i am and use all your junk materials without changing the lock system then you have a thousands of gear, weapons, and accessories to individually unlock to either sell or discard, really wish they have an auto unlocker in the game.

Yey magic lol
I love being surrounded by elves, so many yummy elves. The game is really fun even with the gacha side of things, it doesn't fully ruin the experience but it does make it annoying. Seeing how you can spend real money to roll for characters and the game does have a permadeath thing that can happen if you don't take care of your party members mental health, although rare it should not be in a gacha game. That and missing out on some cool characters cause RNG isn't on your side to be able to get the character and copies to make them stronger. Another big issue is account linking which can only be done by connecting using a random generated password they give you and have to save instead of being able to link your steam or google account. The controls aren't the best but not that bad once you get used to them. So overall the game is above average. Probably the first time a gacha game doesn't make generic anime boy MC for the millionth time, and more of a character that fits how gacha gamer look.
