Its fun.
It has game play very similar to terraria, darkout, starbound, and edge of space. The key difference is that you can build basically any kind of wind ship vehicle you can imagine. There are some problems with running it on extremely powerful or new systems and the game has basically been abandoned by the creators and the majority of the MOD community. I is quite fun however your progress can't really be transferred from one world to another and if you don't complete certain story tasks or optional tasks before certain points in the story you will be completely locked out of certain content in addition having a mostly randomly generated world sometimes certain things simply won't generate this includes story parts of the game. This is most common if you have 90% or higher exploration before finding the second or third main story event location.

I can get over most of the stuff many of the other players are complaining about. The one thing that really ticks me off is the volcano mechanic. It doesn't matter where I am in the world. If i'm on a screen for more than say 45 seconds, I start getting carpet-bombed by the burning rocks that ensue. I do mean carpet bombing as well. It's not like there's a few rocks so you can dodge your way out of it, I mean it's like the shotgun blast but with the speed of the machine gun, but from the sky across the whole map. Super hard to get anywhere in this game with the frequency of the debris.
is this the best game? no but for the pice i got alot of fun out of it and likely will retun again at some point. is it disapointing it didnt reach it full protenal? yes but what we have is well worth the price if you ask me.
This game has been rotting in my library for years. It has promise, but isn't good enough to justify buying it as-is.
It is a crudish game, but I enjoyed playing it. There's so much cool stuff regarding ship building and some situations that tend to happen where you have to fix things up and manouvre about on the fly, and the grappling is genuinely very neat. I love the adventurous mood of swinging around and shooting the grappling hook at a nearby surface to elegantly rapel down, and the destructive environments make for a lot of fun moments. I had some lag occur in the temples, for which I had to re-load every now and again. I did reach a point where I thought I was finding making enough money in the game tedious, but turns out I just needed to put more attention into the crafting systems to find ways to move on. I have chosen not to keep going with the game, since I could see the gameplay loop coming up too predictable and I guess it didn't excite me that much, but I'm still really happy with how my overall experience turned out and I think it's a cool game.
Do you like building things? Collecting stuff? Shooting bandits? Did you ever want to captain your own steampunk airship? Did you ever want to make one out of meat? Do you like whales? Do you hate whales? If you answered "yes" to any of the above, then this game is for you. It's a little jank, and a lot of fun. Build your ship however you want, and steal from bandits after you blow their ****ing ship out of the sky because who the **** do they think they are anyway? Give this one a go because at it's price-point, not a lot can go wrong.
N'achetez pas ce jeu, il ne sera hélas, jamais terminé!
