Who am I?

One of the top indie horror games I have played in a long time. This game took me about 50 minutes to complete with all steam achievements. It is a shorter game but it doesn't have a bunch of that "filler" other indie games do just to make the game take longer. It sticks to the story and never stops moving until the last second. The visuals/graphics looked great to me and I appreciated all the detail added into the game in the environment. Even the outside part was decent for the very short amount of time you will spend in it. The world is larger then it needs to be but that adds some depth and value to the game. The audio was spot on. No complaints there. The controls where basic and straight forward which I appreciated and they didnt feel clunky to me. The story line took a little bit to get going, make sure you pick up and read every piece of paper you can find. I really enjoyed the story and found myself actually wondering how it would play out. Typically when I play indie games the story tends to be lacking, boring, and strung out. This game was none of that. I did not see the ending that it had coming until the last few minutes and the very end was a bit hard to get through for me as it is tragic and a disturbing but I made the rest if the game story make sense and in the end it played out in a way that might happen in real life so I understand it. The first half of the game I didn't find scary or creepy at all. In fact I found it almost comical in the first 25 minutes with how the creepy things where inserted into the game. The last 20-25 minutes where certainly creepy and more morbid then the first half. I think this is a good indie horror game overall. Its certainly one of the best I have played in a long time at least. I am going back and forth on what rating to give it as I want to say its a 5/5 star but I do feel like it could have been slightly better but honestly I cant put my finger on just what I think its missing so that leaves me at 4.5/5 star rating. Its $4 USD and on sale its $1.50 USD and at that price this is probably the best indie horror game you will find so its a 5/5 star in the $4 and under category for sure. Pick it up and enjoy it.
