Ehh Game is fun for a bit but unless you spend real money you won’t be able to advance far before getting smacked by clans

😍 Fun game and I love it so much because you can upgrade the houses. The fire gets bigger and better as you go on the new chapters are exciting. I’m rich in diamonds this game is amazing.

Fake Ad I hate ads that show completely different games to actual gameplay. This is such one.

Greedy False Advertising Having played this game for over a year, I can say the ONLY good thing (and I say that with my whole chest) is the cool friends you can make. The rest of the game is entirely fake. They say the ads and the screenshots on the app page are just snippets. They’re not. They’re not even real. Every once in a while, Snowbusters comes around as an event where you have to suck up snow but the catch? You only get so much “fuel” and then you’re done unless you buy more (or wait 12 hours). Catching and selling the fish? Never played that except in the Snapchat ad. It’s an incredibly greedy game, with the devs so money hungry they just can’t stop because they’re blinded by their gluttony. Once you’re through the tutorial, good luck staying even a sliver of a sliver’s worth of competitive unless you’re ready to drop some serious cash. Don’t get sucked in. It’s not worth it. It’s not even fun.

Aggressive Monetization & Sanctioned Bullying Before you do anything on this game, check out Reddit and Discord or sort the reviews here to most recent to see REAL players expressing their dissatisfaction with the game. Whiteout Survival has bought an incredible amount of fake 5 star reviews. In just the few months I’ve played, this game has become impossible to enjoy because it is far more focused on extracting money from players than providing a fair and fun experience. If you don’t spend, prepare to wait hours for customer service to respond with templated answers and not address your issues. There is also a constant and increasingly aggressive monetization strategy on this game, and features are designed to pressure players into paying to be able to keep with other players. Without spending, you will also be wiped in every state and interstate event making all the activities hard to enjoy and the rewards incredibly difficult to earn - as they both will require you to spend. There is no way to enjoy this game while not spending. Ask the players who are free to play how their experience is. My next issue: the blatant and egregious false advertising. After 6 months of playing, I can tell you that not ONE thing I am still seeing on the ads for the game is actually an event or something you can do in the game. The developer responded that only the ads are only a portion of the gameplay and that is a blatant lie. Nothing advertised is an event or something you can actually do in the game. The moderation system is also deeply flawed, haphazard and careless. The game is full of bullies and predators who harass others and can use the reporting and muting system to their advantage, while the person being targeted ends up muted and unable to communicate—even while the person doing the bullying continues their behavior. Silencing someone who is being harassed does not solve the problem; it only protects the person causing it. In my state, the same player has been bullying players and when we defend ourselves, customer support will mute us. They have evidence of this being a pattern and of this player creating multiple accounts to do this, but they have taken zero action. After a week of attempting to get help from customer service about this, all I’ve gotten is templated responses that are unrelated to the issue I reached out about or a doubling down on why they will do nothing to resolve the issue. Customer support on this game will not help you. **Do not download this game.** Do not give this company your time or your money. Do not subject yourself to unfettered abuse and gaslighting by customer service.
