Unfortunately need to give NEGATIVE recommendation for this title. In short : this is Nice 2D game what fit in this genre games and have COOP but is also Paywall and Dialog Clicker. Gameplay: Full game offers very little more than the free demo. The base game typically includes a tutorial and only one full main case ("The Break-in"). Other cases are sold separately as DLC. Playtime: Each case is designed to be about 60 minutes long. If you are fast or playing in co-op, finishing it in 15-30 minutes is very possible. Gameplay Mechanics: They criticize the game for being a "clicking simulator." They feel it doesn't require "brain cells" (logical deduction), but rather just "motorics" (the physical act of clicking through dialogue). Price: The base game is often priced around $4.99, while individual DLC cases (like The Curse or The Ghost) are often priced higher, around $6.99 each. However, the game uses a "Friends Play for Free" model. Only the host needs to own the DLC for up to 4 people to play. It feels this is still poor value for a solo player. This game basic is clicking in dialogs this game not request from players to use brain cells just motorics in hand to click on mouse one button.... Gameplay Style ("Clicking Simulator"). This is a matter of opinion. The game is a Point-and-Click mystery where you gather clues and talk to NPCs. If you enjoy deductive reasoning, it requires "brain cells" to solve the mystery correctly. If you don't like narrative games, it will definitely feel like a "clicking simulator." Steam Workshop: You should only buy it for the Workshop content created by players. This is a valid point. The developers recently added a Mystery Editor and Steam Workshop support. This allows players to create their own cases for free, which adds much more longevity to the game than the official paid DLCs. Verdict: "Don't buy this yet." suggest you play the Free Demo instead because it provides almost the same experience as the paid version. Recommend waiting for a massive sale or until the community creates more content in the Steam Workshop.

The mysteries are quite easy to solve, not much depth to the game. Achievements were a chore to clean up. Don't like how the devs got money from the DLCs, feels kinda predatory ngl. As of 2025 doesn't seem like the game works anymore. The Asia servers are either down or pulled, even playing in singleplayer, character selection is a blank screen and you cannot start the level/investigation. Game seems to be abandoned since the workshop update, don't purchase this, there's a chance you won't be able to play at all.
I really enjoyed this game. My sister and I played it together. There were only 2 of us and I feel that it was a good number to complete the game, we did have ‘novice’ selected. If you are going for a harder mode which shortens your time for an investigation day you will need more than 2 people. I recommend having all the DLCs as I have them all and loved every moment. Things to note: 1) This game is appropriate for all ages (for those who it mattered to or wanted a game to play with their kids). I must say there is reading involved and deductive skills needed. If your child can’t do these things, then they are too young. 2) As an adult this game isn’t particularly hard, which was nice, because you got to enjoy the ride and it made me feel smart. Haha. 3) For a few of the DLCs my sister and I over thought it. Don’t be that person. 4) There are 4 characters to choose from. If you aren’t playing with 4 people, it’s completely fine, just keep in mind that a different character may get a slightly different result when speaking to someone. For instance, not every character will be willing to open up to an Outlaw or a figure of authority. Choose wisely. 5) I can’t wait for the new DLC to drop. 6) Each DLC/Chapter should take between and hour and an hour and a half. I personally love that because you get to play something interactive from beginning to end without having to spend all night on it. 7) Buckle up ye gamers. Fetch thine cowboy hats and saddle up. To you I say YEE HAW!
I loved this game. As someone that is not very smart or quick witted this was perfect for me. It is actually a pretty cool co-op game but sometimes playing solo I wished I had a team of four. I played as a team of two and it was not too bad.
I really liked this game, it was fun to play. I played with one friend, I dont know if there is enough to do, if you play it with 4 players - but I think I would also have fun just watching someone play it while in voice chat. It was challenging enough so think and speak about it, but not to hard, so no one would get frustrated, even if you play with friends who dont normaly play games like this. Important for german players: it seams like the free demo isnt available in germany. I contacted the developers and they tried really hard to help, but couldnt fix this problem. But they were very kind, thank you very much <3

The gameplay is very shallow and consists more about spamming all dialogue option than really "solve a mystery". All mission needs to be paid as dlc which make the content very overpriced.
Bad controls!
