This game feels like someone turned my weird dreams into a game.
good game. definetly give it a shot. it is short but it does a good job in telling characters stories and making you get invested into their backgrounds. the old-style graphic + the soundtrack create cozy but also, I would say melancholic atmosphere. ignore the 'horror' tag. imho, the only horror in this game is unpredictability of life that forces your to make a desicion. my only complaint is that gloves do not stay on character's hands and I have to put them on every single time :D

The autosave triggering after too much time is not just obnoxious, it's a black cat on meth clawing at your scrotum.
Not a bad walking sim with a thriller story. While We Wait Here has more than one outcome and choices matter. I almost packed it up during the prologue. I was thinking "what is this? Some sort of diner simulator?" But there is much more to it than that. It has a good story, although it is a bit predictable if you're paying attention. I'd give it a decent 6.5/10 with my top complaint being the cumbersome controls to start with. After you get the hang of it, it is fine. A pro tip, do not overload your inventory and do not pursue the achievement for making every recipe. It won't pop until you have served everyone throughout the game.
