Meh.
I haven't touched this game since 2017, but I'll recommend it anyways, it's free!

Reading the title, description, concept etc. of the game before playing it really raised my expectations. I was really interested about the messages or questions it could bring up about the concept of heaven in religion, the flaws of these ideas or if a system like that really existed. But the game itself feels like a proof of concept, something still in development. I really don't see why the dev released the game at this stage without developing it further unless he burned out or something. Even a couple more months spent on this game would improve it so much. When playing the game, I was a little confused why making choices for redemption/hell for sinners didn't have any apparent result? It turns out the choices I made didn't really matter. To begin with I didn't expect the role of the player to be one who judged others at the entrance of heaven rather than focusing on the experience of heaven to the player themselves. Either direction really could've been explored in more interesting ways, but it just wasn't at all. And in the end, I really don't know what the player is supposed to take away from the game at all. I didn't learn anything, I didn't feel anything, I literally haven't gained or lost anything before and after playing this game besides about 15 minutes of my time. It's even more meaningless than a BAD game. A premise with a lot of potential, but if you don't actually realize that potential, all it achieves is a feeling of incompleteness and question marks
Make feel existencial crisis
