Lost in a frozen wasteland and split up from your partner inside an abandoned castle, the only possession you have left is a walkie-talkie with a familiar voice on the other end. Can the two of you find your way out in time?

В целом даже очень хорошо!

We Were Here... the place this series holds in my heart. This series was definitely what made me and my best friend get so close. Some parts of these games were so frustrating, but that annoyance adds so much to why I like this series so much. To this day, the biggest inside jokes between me and my best friend come from We Were Here. I LOVE THIS SERIES!!!!! Story - This is the first part of the series so there isn't much of a story (save for the theater puzzle). ⭐⭐⭐ Characters - The characters we play as don't have distinct personalities :( and there aren't any other characters in this game really. ⭐ Mechanics - Pretty basic mechanics in this game, not much to comment on! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Visuals - There isn't much to discuss here! ⭐⭐⭐ Soundtrack - For this game, the soundtrack is pretty standard for this sort of game. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Puzzles - I liked the puzzles for this game! Clearly, I've already played the rest of the series (as of when I'm writing this We Were Here Tomorrow hasn't come out yet) so I know the puzzles get much more complex, but this games puzzles were fun enough to get me to buy the rest of the games! I played this game a long time ago so I don't remember everything, but the most memorable were the chess puzzle and the theater puzzle (mainly because that is basically the story for the rest of the series). ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Duo playability - Like I mentioned before, this series does duo well! I can't like, this game was much simpler and I know how much more integrated the duo-ness gets later in the series, so my opinion is skewed since now this looks very simple. Obviously if I hadn't liked it, I wouldn't have played the rest so past me must have thought that the duo-ness was good! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ I genuinely love this series and can't wait for it to continue. Were we here? YES WE WERE!!!
