This game is honestly a great deal of fun, particularly with friends. It's also something that should be praised, a step AWAY from the typical live service, always online, F2P, micro-transaction heavy model of games. It has an enjoyable gameplay loop, an interesting world, a story that actually drew me in, and characters (both PC and NPC) that have personality. I actually cared about what was happening and who it was happening to. Not to mention the style of it all is incredible and the music had me stopping to just listen often. I absolutely recommend this game, and while I know it is considered "failed", I can only hope that the love it's gotten since changing it's game model can one day lead to a sequel which I would absolutely buy.
