Charts
Each storefront's own chart, in its own country — the closest public signal to sales where none is published. A country missing from a list is one we don't collect there, not one where the game doesn't chart.
No United States chart position — it charts only in the markets below.

About
All of Warhammer 40,000: Dawn of War in one definitive package. Experience this genre-defining Warhammer 40,000 classic in all its blood-soaked glory, including four complete campaigns, nine full-fledged factions, and over 100 maps – all in one game.
Upon its release in 2004, Warhammer 40,000: Dawn of War quickly established itself as one of the all-time great real-time strategy games and a glorious celebration of Games Workshop’s storied far future of the 41st Millennium. The Definitive Edition celebrates this seminal Warhammer 40,000 title with updates that refine the experience for modern hardware and secure the game’s legacy for years to come.
Warhammer 40,000: Dawn of War - Definitive Edition delivers image-based lighting and upgraded unit textures, enhancing the overall presentation. Improved world lighting, unit reflections, more detailed shadows, surface gloss, and emissive lighting make for a superior experience, while retaining the classic Dawn of War feel.
At Announce, we heard that our players wanted to see pathfinding improved. We have since added pathfinding updates that enable easier unit management, making for a smoother, more immersive experience.
Additionally, all units in the game have received texture upscaling of at least four times their original resolution, making for more detailed units, and a more readable experience.
Now on a 64-bit platform to support the ongoing efforts of the modding community, the Definitive Edition also includes an integrated Mod Manager and is compatible with over 20 years of lovingly crafted Community Mods.
An improved gameplay camera shows the battlefield like never before, working seamlessly on modern systems, including 4K displays. Increased draw distances make for a more cinematic experience, and the HUD and screen layout have been optimized for modern widescreen viewing.

For scale, across Steam · Top Sellers · Brazil over the last 30 days: the 26 chart moves that followed a price cut of more than 20% went a median of 7 places towards #1, and the 2,402 moves with no price cut behind them went 2 away. One store, one chart, one country — it is the only place we have enough observations to say even that.
Prices outside the United States have been collected since 6 August 2026 and chart positions since 19 July 2026, so a cut older than that has no market to compare and a market that joined later has no history yet. Nothing here is converted between currencies.

CLEANSE! PURGE! KILL! One of the greatest RTS games of all-time and a fantastic introduction to the Warhammer 40K universe. Even runs on an ancient laptop below minimum recommended specs.
SEGA intending to sell Relic, Relic having to buy themselves out through an investor... all while CoH3 was not being received well and not selling that well. Still, they produced probably one of the best remasters ever. The menus and gameplay in-game looks sooooo much better. One of the post-launch updates (this remaster got so many) even gave an absolute major boost to renderer performance of the game, which was really an issue, even with the original. Only many of the pre-rendered cutscenes in-game look really dated in contrast now because of all these improvements; I suspect that the original project files/renders for these cutscenes might have been lost to time or maybe the budget was not there to do this. Still, really amazing effort from Relic here, especially with all the circumstances. Really excited if they can do the same for the upcoming Company of Heroes - Definitive Edition. Though, them working with an outside company on that remaster, makes me a bit worried as the remaster of DoW was fully done in-house and turned out soooo well. Hopefully, Blackbird Interactive is only assisting in the remastering efforts and not leading it. Hopefully, the funds raised through these remastering efforts (possible remaster of DoW 2 on its 20th anniversary in 2029?) will allow Relic to create full games and sequels again of the size of games like these. SEGA sadly learned the hard way with Warhammer 40,000: Space Marine - Master Crafted Edition how a remaster should actually NOT be handled by outsourcing it fully and not fully patching it up post-launch. Luckily, the original Space Marine is also still available, due to Relic now self-publishing the original. Same for the Dawn of War and Company of Heroes games.
