"Wake Up" is a kind of low poly/minimalist VR exclusive "escape room" where you need to solve some tricky puzzles to wake yourself up, which you'll definitely want to do to stop the nightmare of all these really mediocre games on Steam. Well, it does seem to be genuinely made, but that doesn't mean it's a great experience. This features fairly low quality low poly 3D visuals which will deter a lot of gamers, understandably. Gaming is a visual medium, and it's clear the developers behind this didn't understand that. This seems to have been made VR exclusive to prevent comparison with more professionally made games, a comparison this would fail very badly at. Developers must try to understand that if the only "cool" thing about their game is VR support, then their game is not cool at all. Not every "free" game really is. There's often MTX, or content locked behind DLC, or donations being requested, or any other number of things that could mislead gamers, but in this case I'm glad to say this really does appear to be a fully free game. Nothing demonstrates a developers belief in themselves and their work than giving it away without any remuneration. This is a service to themselves, and the gaming industry, and should be applauded. Of course, just because something is free, doesn't necessarily mean it's valuable. It's important to note that, despite this being such a low quality product, there's a number of positive reviews that all appeared immediately after the game launched, from suspiciously inactive Steam accounts that have reviewed almost no other games apart from this. On a purely unrelated note, recent US FTC rulings mean that review manipulation and fake reviews are now federal crimes. Interesting, isn't it? Regardless... take the review score of this game with a grain of salt. Bearing in mind that free games don't add +1 to your game collector count, should you bother adding this to your library and downloading it? Not this time. This isn't worth downloading. While this won't cost you any money, you get what you pay for, and sometimes, even when the game is free, it's still not enough.

joeeee biden wake up
Wake up is a super short VR puzzler. It's mostly a few puzzles, a bit of action stuff, but feels like a tech demo overall. The puzzles were all pretty simple until the very end, which had me stumped until I looked up a guide. It's fine to play as an experiment, but not a lot of depth here.
im not this short, why am i in the floor? help im sure its a good game though.
I Love the puzzles and the audio. One problem tho wheres the hint button when you really need it?😅 I had to watch a video but after the video I got lazy.
Так себе.
sad boring tech demo
Very fun! I want to wake up but I'm still figuring out the second puzzle.
i cant figure out how to move >:(
Boring. The graphics are very dull, even for an abstract style. The puzzles are boring also, and some times don´t make much sense. I didn´t even finish it, I got stuck and there was no way of getting any clues of what to do, but neither was fun trying things... There are many things to do for free on VR before trying this poor experience.
