VZX Creative

For me as a DJ on Twitch and a Event-/Media-Technician this Tool is a blessing. I started using the "VZX Player" a while back and now have +800h on it. Since i switched to "[b]VZX Creative[/b]" everything got way better for me and the "basic player" wont be used ever again. Separate config and player windows is the best thing for me here, no more annoying config-element-popups during stream, when i have to tweak a setting or switch visuals. For everyone wanting a clean and simple solution for visuals, i can totally recommend this! And, additionally, the dev has always an open ear for your feature requests on their discord!

I cannot recommend this software based on the misleading information given in the discussion area. Customers need to join Vovoid's Discord to find out that DLC purchased for their player is not compatible with their Creative player due to technical reasons. I requested and was granted a refund which is deeply disappointing due to the initial excitement of finding visual software to incorporate with my stream. It is recommended instead to navigate to their product page to look for the upgrade which is supposed to allow the use and incorporation of SPOUT - which has its own issues, especially when compared to using NDI+. While both utilise very similar setup and are ideal for communication if using a multi-box setup, NDI+ seems to have much better intuition and is overall a bit more user-friendly, even for people savvy with technology. That being said - I do wish the developers luck in their endeavors and look forward to improvements upon their produce. Cheers.

[h1]Excellent music visualizations for an extremely low price[/h1] I have [b]VZX Creative[/b] running together with OBS to perform background visualizations during DJ'ing sessions. I received very positive feedback from the audience. (I don't need to say that I really like this style of music visualizations, do I?) The user interface is a bit different from what you might be used to, but don't be afraid, it's straightforward to learn and the videos for beginners help a lot to have a quick start and get used to it. The performance is remarkable and the contact with the community and developers is easy and straightforward. The option to customize color schemes is extremely helpful to support a consistent look and feel with an existing color scheme, and apart from that, the customization's that are possible with [b]VZX Artiste[/b] are endless. You really feel the passion of the small development team. Don't hesitate, just spend the few bucks for purchasing the Creative version, you will not regret it.

I've enjoyed the vzx player and the packs, so I decided to purchase the creative version since I'm a DJ. It has a very vague explanation in their help guide about how to use it. I was able to mostly figure it out myself, but it crashes all the time. This would not hold up in a live performance setting at all. I'd like a refund but I've logged more hours than steam allows for a refund. Stick to the free version with the extra packs, and game capture that inside obs studio. There is really no need to buy this version.
