Void

I really enjoyed to play with Void. You are alone, in the space and you are doing everything to stay alive a few more minuts and for that, you need to catch oxygen and fuel. It is an independant game, it is beautiful and the most important for some of you, it is not expensive at all. I call Void a survival game in real condition.

J'ai bien aimé joué avec Void et si vous aimez les jeux de science fiction avec des éléments de stratégie, vous allez vraiment aimer Void.

Void is a game that truly commits to its name. It aims to be nothing — and unfortunately, it succeeds perfectly. Based on the description, you might expect a mysterious experiment, an abstract experience, or a deep philosophical journey into emptiness. In reality? It’s a completely pointless mess where nobody knows what the goal is — not the players, not the reviews, and I strongly suspect not even the developer. You launch the game. Something happens. Maybe. Something moves. Or doesn’t. And you just sit there thinking: “Am I supposed to do something? Or am I already failing?” Steam reviews confirm the shared experience: Nobody knows what to do. Nobody knows if the game can be “completed.” Nobody knows if they already finished it ten minutes ago and the game just didn’t bother to tell them. And here’s the best part: This cost 1 euro. And honestly? It’s the worst euro I’ve ever spent. And that includes questionable late-night gas station food. Void isn’t relaxing, isn’t fun, and isn’t even “so bad it’s good.” It’s just… nothing. Which might be artistic, but as a player, it mostly makes you want your money and your time back. Verdict: Void lives up to its name flawlessly. Empty. Confusing. Completely unnecessary. If you want to experience nothingness, just stare at a wall — it’s cheaper than 1 euro.
