This is a very good concept for a medical simulator for doctors, unfortunately the execution is terrible. The game has very rigid structure, gives little or no feedback. There is nothing to learn from the game because all the game tells you is that you are wrong. In real life some hospital policies would avoid giving phenytoin in status and every hospital has a diffirent policy on antibiotics for a febrile neutropenia based on cultures from their labs. The interruptions are cool but unrealistic. Consults are basically useless. Once the shift is over you cant even learn from your mistakes because it dosent tell you what you did wrong or right or more importantly the reason behind it. It expects perfect protocols from you. For example in pediatrics an ultrasound is enough to diagnose appendicitis but in adults a CT is usually done. Now if the kid is 12 years old and I have pressed Generel surgery consult instead of peds surgery consult. The consult dosent even let me know what im supposed to do. Just says "we wont see this patinet at this time". WHAT???!!! So I really wish there were more games like this for doctors and wish they could fix all the issues in the game

This is a simulation for medical students and ER doctors. the video starts with "This is not a game." Apparently many didn't believe it. Impressive in scope of tools and tests available with some time management elements to simulate real life distraction and emergent situations. In this hypothetical hospital, you're clearly one of one or two doc's on shift.

This game will be challenging for those not in the medical field who know the terms and how to access patients. The cases go by too fast and there are no clear directions or tutorials for the layman/non-medical personnel to help with cases. I could enjoy this game if I had clear-cut instructions on how to proceed.

Too hard and no tutorial on the medicines, if you are just a gamer and not in med school, good luck. I still give a good review because its an interesting game but it needs a proper tutorial on the medicines and procedures.

This game could be fun, I have medical knowledge and this game goes WAY too fast. You'd have to be an AI robot to be able to achieve what this game wants. Not very fun when you have like 10 minutes to see 4 hour shift worth of patients - not realistic at all!

If you have medical knowledge this game is actually quite fun, but if you don't know about medications and their uses or medical tests etc. this game is hyper realistic and you probably wont enjoy it. Ex. A patient will present w/ specific symptoms that you need to treat using specific medical imaging tests, pharmacology etc.
