Diğer oyuncunun piksellerini, prosedürel seviyelerde koşarak, zıplayarak, atılarak yakalayın! Vibrant Dash birinci şahıs platform oyunudur. İşin püf noktası? Her seviye devasa bir piksel ızgarasına yerleştirilir. İlgili seviyede diğerinin zamanını yenerek bir piksel yakalayın!
The movement system is actually pretty neat, and once you master it, you can go insanely fast. The bounce jump and dash hop are simple but fun to use, and they also add a layer of strategy—like deciding when to dash jump to chain more speed or when to bounce to retain momentum and avoid obstacles. There are also some glitches, like double dashing at the start and double jumping by spamming the spacebar during a dash (which creates a dash jump combined with a bounce). These quirks actually make speedrunning more exciting, so it might be worth keeping them in some form as a feature. It's truly a diamond in the rough. My only nitpick is that the wall slide feels pretty useless, as it significantly reduces speed. Because of that, it's never really optimal to use. Still, if you're a fan of momentum-based movement and clever mechanics, this one's definitely worth checking out.
Warning: Loot Box Gambling This game is intended to carry random-chance loot boxes as a form of gambling and exploits psychological vulnerabilities. This is done for the profit of the developers, regardless of the harm it causes to gamers. This is completely predatory and unethical. Gamers must be aware of the dangers of this predatory monetization and should avoid this completely.

Note: Dead PvP game This game contains no meaningful single player content. There's no viably populated servers/active player population. This game cannot be played as intended.

Warning: Third Party Account This game requires you to create a third party account... there's no valid reason for this in a PC game when SteamWorks is available. This is often done to harvest private data and profile you, with potential sale and transmission of your private data to third parties. The developers will probably argue that you can trust them, but if they were trustworthy they wouldn't demand you create a third party account. This represents a considerable risk to gamers due to the privacy and security implications of developers that wish to bypass Steam and harvest user data. Remember, sometimes if the product is free, YOU are the product.

Warning: In-Game Cash Shop This game is infested with a toxic mobile app style cash shop. You will be prompted to and expected to give money/credit card details to the developers through this cash shop to buy in-game goods so you can play the game.
At first these seems like an inocuous experimental "platform racer" with procgen instead of real content, and a wierd gimmick where there's a pixel grid battlefield, and each pixel is coloured based on the victor of the platformer races... but then you take a look at the sheer toxic monetization cash grab garbage going on and it's immediately apparent the developer set out to fleece and even scam gamers. Not okay. This is a dead PvP game. Why did "Vibrant Dash" fail? Time for a video game autopsy. Almost every PvP exclusive game on Steam fails. Only a tiny proportion of them "go viral". This game failed for many of the same reasons those others fail. The chief of which is the developer thinking that their game will "go viral" without actually creating any reason for it do so. The market for PvP games is crowded and the player base is limited. This game never reached "critical mass", didn't "go viral", and didn't offer anything to differentiate itself enough. Even with no upfront cost, it failed to appeal to gamers for several reasons. There is no real single player content here. The developer thought other players could replace actual storytelling and level design. That was a bad bet to make, and yeah, the developer lost. Hard. Without a player base or meaningful solo content (storytelling, narrative, you know, what makes games like GTA famous), the game has nothing to offer. Other players are not a substitute for doing the job of a developer and creating meaningful game content. The developers gave up on this 10 months ago. It's destined to remain unfinished. This junkware is just polluting Steam and making it difficult for gamers to fully finished, completed games. That's not good for gamers. The graphics here are particularly awful, garbage low poly assets, so bad that it actually stands out as one of the worst looking games on Steam. Quite an accomplishment. It's a big contributor to the failure of the game to attract gamers despite having no up-front cost. Gaming is a primarily visual medium, and if developers want to succeed, they must understand that it's not an area for compromise. Let's talk about pricing and the actual value this has for gamers. This game is infested with mobile app store like microtransactions. This is a consumer hostile model that we don't need to see on PC. It's deceptively priced to gouge gamers, and that's a reason in itself to avoid this. A peak of 6 concurrent players (according to SteamDB) for a "free" game is a disastrous public reception. Out of 130 million potential players here on Steam, almost nobody was interested. Even though this is "free". That level of rejection speaks a lot for the quality of the game. All other issues aside (any of which would disqualify this from being worth your time), this is a game that relies on other players for it to be viable, and because there's not enough players, it's not viable. I can't recommend anyone downloads this, it's basically dead. The toxic monetization here indicates clearly this is something that should be avoided at all costs.
As a huge speedrun fan, this game is perfect! Plenty of mecanics and different ways to get faster. 10 000 levels to speedrun, each one unique and with its own specific strat The game is also community oriented as it works like the pixel war on reddit. When you capture a pixel, only someone faster than you can change the color ! The battle to the top is real ! (+ you can troll others with skins, colors and drawings => perfect for a sain community haha) Big gg to the dev who made everything solo ! Can't wait for new updates ! :) Cya in game !
Don't get fooled by my playtime, I've been lucky enough to play the closed beta testing version for approximately 50h. This game is pure heaven for platformers speedrunners. It's basically a pixel war where every pixel is a unique map on wich you can compete to beat the highest score. The movement system can look quite hard to handle at first, but once you start having good sensations with it, it becomes incredibly satisfying. Also, every map is approximatively 5 to 20 seconds long. The gameplay loop is extremely addictive and I often found myself playing for hours trying to find the best path on a given map. Yes, the game has some minor issues, but this an early access and the developer is super reactive. The game is also very beautiful in it's own style, especially when a player with some cosmetics claims a pixel. I would totally recommend giving it a go, especially since it's a totally free-to-play game.

The premises is actually pretty cool, yet I'm not sure if I'd recommend playing it in the current stage though. The tutorial was extremely difficult, and sensitivity max is not high enough to allow easy gameplay without changing physical mouse speed outside the game. This game is nearly playable on controller, but the grab/kick off blocks button appears to not be mapped to controller. The actual movement from player feels extremely difficult. The double jump has to have perfect timing, the perfect dash and perfect jump is hit or miss, and to beat the tutorial I had to spam click and bug my way to the top to complete it because the controls didn't feel user friendly at all. Now if player movement didn't feel so clunky/difficult I'd easily give this a high review. The idea, generation, and functionality is A+. I just can't give a good review when I just couldn't get the controls to do what I wanted.
Un concept excellent qui allie la pixel war au speed run, le tout gratuitement ! Le 13,37 sera mon pixel !!!
I'm currently doing a challenge to play through a free game in every single category on steam. I then give an honest review using ChatGPT.
Game: 150 / 447 Category: Procedural Generation This one's like a simplified version of Neon White with a bit of PixelPlace thrown in. Each level is a tiny pixel on a bigger map. Beat the level, and you claim that pixel—changing its color. Win enough of them, and you can draw full images across the map. It’s a neat concept. Gameplay-wise, it’s a procedurally generated platformer with some solid movement. Feels like there’s room for movement tech if you're into speedrunning or optimizing routes. It’s not bad at all. Simple, sure, but if you like bite-sized platforming challenges with a creative twist, it’s worth checking out.
