this was a fun BUT very short game, wished it was longer and had a bit more scenes, hopefully the dev adds more content and builds upon this story( also wish you could speed up the dialogue for those replaying it)

With the current build, all three main achievements just won't pop up - no matter what score you get in the game (as it is obvious when looking at its statistics). A few visual bugs like clipping issues aside, the main problems this title has surround dialogue sequences just intterrupting or ending in longer moments of silence - especially during the walk on the street which actually is the main part (!) of "Velvet's Veil". I know it's not easy to design something ordinary as a walk in a video game but come on: if you want to produce a commercial product you just should do better than that. Although this is not your typical AVN (rather an action-adventure type of game with one or two optional brawls - fist fights - in between) and the dialogue is pretty deep, the (AI?) voicework in general is really bad. The thoughtful dialogue is also getting contrasted by all of the extremely cheap decisions you make throughout this night's journey: all of them could not be more unsubtle and are expressions of a very bad taste. If you don't like your erotic content getting mixed-up with criminal violence just be warned - there're two or three pretty gruesome scenes of suicide, murder and withdrawing life support. So all in all I'm pretty disappointed and there remains much room for improvement. Yet I hope there will be more efforts like "Velvet's Veil" in the future of course, to finally get away from the usual AVN routine. Nevertheless releasing an adventure game without any save option should not happen at all: yes it's very short and meant to be played multiple times but I usually won't play video games that way. I play in small chunks over very long periods of time - up to literally spending decades of my life with just one playthrough: honestly, that's how I like to play. Anything else I think of as unhealthy and rather questionable. In my case, getting "forced" to play something through quickly (even if it won't last more than half an hour) also means I tend to get angry at the game, will soon forget it and never come back. The automatic translation is no better either: in German to continue (resume) is not described by the french word Résumé. The single sex scene could not be more brief (or mechanical for that matter) and the strip is not a strip but a dance: it's even more difficult to animate loosing clothes than coordinating a walk through empty streets (just look at titles like "Heavy Rain" or "VR Paradise" - both having much higher production values). The list goes on and on but I'll stop here.

[b]이 게임은 제작사로부터 큐레이터 커넥트 받은 게임입니다.[/b] [h1]보1지 보여줌 꼭1지 보여줌 바이올렛과 데이트를 즐기며 이것저것 이벤트를 거친 후 교미하는 3D 야게임[/h1] 마지막의 마지막에 가서야 교1미를 할 수 있음. 플레이어는 이 게임의 히로인인 바이올렛과 함께 만나서 서로를 알아간다. 이후 여러가지 대화를 나누고 이벤트가 벌어지는데 여기서 어떤 선택을 하느냐에 따라 바이올렛의 플레이어에 대한 호감도가 달라진다. 호감도가 높아야 교1미할 수 있으며, 반대로 안 높으면.... (생략하겠다) 제작사가 이 게임에 아주 많은것을 준비했다. 비록 세이브기능이 어디 있는지 도저히 찾지 못하겠는 찜빠가 있기는 하지만 바이올렛과 여러 엑스트라들이 풀보이스로 이야기 하고, 풀모션으로 대화를 나누어서 스킵도 안되지만 아주 많은것을 준비했다. 플레이어와 바이올렛이 술집에서 나와 함께 걸으며 사소한 이야기도 하고, 서로를 알아가는 여러가지 긴 시간을 가지는것도 제대로 구현하였다. 스킵이 안되게 되어 있더라.. 결국 플레이어의 집에 도착한 후 바이올렛이 샤워하고, 교1미할때 까지 아주 긴 시간동안 게임을 진행하게 된다. 물론 바이올렛의 호감도가 낮으면... ㅠㅠ 되는거다. 성우가 풀보이스로 이야기 하며 옵션에서 해상도 및 그래픽 효과 등을 조절하는게 가능하다. 영어 외에 프랑스 이태리, 독일어 중국어 스페인어어를 지원한다. 끝으로 도전과제가 있는데 올클리어는 힘들거 같다. The game needs more development, maybe some updates! I also wished the game was longer; many more interactions and events could be added. By allowing the option to save the game, it would look even more amazing.

En esta ocasión el contenido erótico, pese a que es el objeto, es secundario, los modelos están bien hechos pero es poco. Por lo que solo recomendaría esto, a personitas que busquen algo "fuera" de lo normal, no tanto si se busca nopor per se. [u]De que va el juego:[/u] Sin hacer spoiler; manejamos a un tipo que sale en una cita nocturna con Velvet, una chica voluptuosa y que tiene una mentalidad "errática" al inicio parece que esconde cosas y todo indica a ello, sin embargo, resulta que no, y el clímax digamos que puede tornarse en plan "psicopatía" activada. Eso en una pequeña narrativa de 1 hora. El objetivo es de toda cita: caer bien y enamorar con preguntas y respuestas así como acciones, llenando un medidor de "amor", cosa que realiza medianamente bien el título y brinda un gameplay interesante con las "peleas", si tuviera más presupuesto y contenido sería un título muy bueno. [h3]>Lo Bueno:[/h3] +4 eventos H en 3D con POV del prota, los modelos son buenos, aunque la perspectiva es limitada e incómoda, aunque "realista". +La narrativa es decente, al dar esta aura misteriosa de Velvet, y que degenera en algo horrible y en cierta forma "real"; hay riñas amorosas y pasionales en la vida real que terminan muy mal. +Logros relativamente fáciles (jugando). +Tiene varios endings dependiendo de que realicemos. +Al no explicar mucho, deja todo a la interpretación; al tener un poco de acercamiento al "true crime" considero al prota un psicópata, o al menos tiene rasgos psicopáticos. [h3]>Lo Malo:[/h3] -Le falta contenido para sustentar su precio, aunque se entiende por el paradigma indie, además de que lo propuesto lo sustenta, es más un título con sentido que nopor per se; pretende causar algo al que la juegue. [h2]Resumiendo[/h2] Pues... dentro del catálogo para adultos de la plataforma, es un título decente 6/10, aunque haciendo el paréntesis: es más una narrativa sobre una riña amorosa, que un título nopor, si esta lo lascivo, aunque queda en segundo plano con lo que sucede en el clímax, puede causar horror, o al menos sorpresa, he ahí su virtud; lo inesperado de la conclusión. Así que como pocas veces digo: adquiérelo si te gusta lo lascivo y las propuestas raras, aunque toma en consideración que el contenido erótico es poco y se pone en segundo plano. Velvet’s Veil es una joya breve pero impactante. Su atmósfera envolvente, su narrativa inquietante y su giro final lo convierten en una experiencia que deja huella. Perfecto para quienes disfrutan de los relatos cortos con un toque de misterio y sorpresa. Totalmente recomendable.

[h3]Рандеву в Роттердаме[/h3] Мне нравится, что визуальные новеллы начинают переносить в 3D, пусть пока и в формате небольших камерных историй. Да, выглядит деревянненько, но на всё нужно время — ждём, когда допилят Unreal Lust. А пока... Перед нами что-то вроде урезанной версии "Рандеву с незнакомкой" или "Just Date Vegan", но без стилистического обаяния. Один вечер, одна девушка, одна сцена. И всё бы ничего, но само свидание с первых же минут выглядит странно. Нуарные монологи про то, как люди просиживают жизнь в баре, ломают свои судьбы и как приятно за этим наблюдать… звучит это всё довольно претенциозно. Персонаж теряет живость, и, если честно, на таком свидании я бы долго не задержался. Сохранений нет, но и не нужны, история укладывается в 10 минут. Пропустить ничего нельзя, всё придется смотреть, слушать и терпеть пространные размышления героини, которая будто старается создать вокруг себя ореол загадочности и «альтушности» (How do you do, fellow kids?). В финале, по крайней мере в выборах что были доступны мне, ждёт разочаровывающая концовка. Правильные ответы в диалогах по итогу открывают доступ к телу, но даже "успешный" исход свидания превращает вечер в кошмар. В целом, это больше похоже на демку или завязку к чему-то большему, чем на полноценную игру. К сожалению, ощущается очень пусто, щеголевато и уныло. Да ещё и стоит дороже, чем Just Date Vegan. По хорошей скидке, может быть, и можно взять из любопытства. Но зачем оно вам, я не знаю.
