I found this game to be quite fun and engaging. I have no medical training and am really just playing around, but the game is straightforward enough to just jump right in and learn something. Tasks are broken down clearly and well explained as you move through them. Each time you do a task correctly the game will praises you and shows a big green check mark. All in all the sound and graphical quality was excellent. I loved hearing the faint sound of George Micheal playing over the ambient hospital sounds in the lobby. I did have some problems with the controls and crashing at the start. Though I am using an HP Reverb G2 which is not a supported headset, so this may just be my problem. Certain in game menus, like those on the menu on the vitals monitor, would just automatically press the first button I pointed at. Pressing the trigger would appear to press the button, but nothing world happen. Turning dials was also difficult in these menus. I found this game to be temperamental about loading. I often get a "Fatal Error" message when I try to load the game. There is a lot to like in this game. This is absolutely the style and level of care I would love to see in a series of more training based VR games. Even though I'm just playing for fun I did get to get a realistic run through of what goes where and how all this works. Going back through old levels I can identify the tools and complete the steps much quicker. Aside from bug fixes, I would love to see some achievements added to the game. Also I'd like more chances to fail. Whether for the added challenge of an unstable patient, or just the joy of killing your patient in weird ways for the hell of it, that would be a fun added element. So in conclusion I found the game a good mix of fun, education, and easy to understand tasks and explanations. Bugs were a problem, but can generally be worked around. It's also quite pricey. However, because it teaches well and there are no other respiratory tech simulators, I believe it was worth it to me

Really dissapointed about this game, I thought based of the images and stuff that I could actually play as medical provider and have bunch of scenarios but that's not the case, only two tutorials and not only that, but the game has a lot of issues, hard to control, buggy, poorly made. All I can say, it's not even worth 5 bucks.
