About

In this action-adventure roguelike, you play as the four backup heroes Neo, Chaz, Coby and Miley, who are sent on a quest by Queen Charlatte to defeat the Calico King and save the world from destruction.

Each class has their own unique set of skills and upgrades that vary from run to run. Try out different combinations to find the best build for your play style. Uncover the secrets of the Shadowmoon kingdom and unlock new powers to aid you in future runs.

Go solo or team up with up to four players in local and online co-op. Work together to defeat enemies, solve puzzles, and play minigames.

For just the demo and the decently quick first level you can play, I'm already super hyped for it. The style of the game and the gameplay itself seem incredibly fun as is, and again it's just the demo right now. I've been letting everyone I know to try the demo because the style and multiplayer are just so unique compared to other games I've played of similar genres, and I'm just so happy that I got to try the demo! I don't normally leave reviews too often because I'm bad at saying all the pros/cons, but I see no cons so far and I'm just already so ready for the full release of the game!
This game is definitely worth your time checking out with some friends. I played this with two other friends, and we had a pretty good time. It's easy to pick up and play, and strikes a great balance between party game and serious co-op. The Super Mario 3D World, Zelda: Four Swords, and roguelike/lite influences are strong, yet it's a gameplay style that works out surprisingly well. It's a co-op game that has a lot interactivity between players that leads to memorable and funny moments. I think my favorite experience in this demo was picking up another player by throwing a boomerang at them. I should mention that there's a lot of story and dialogue. That's not necessarily a problem, as you can thankfully skip it all if you want to get to the action. The story is fun though; there's a giant mountain of a queen dog, that I'm still unsure if she is a dog or a sentient cake. (Also, everyone seems to berate the ice cream [strike]dog[/strike] tanuki for... some reason. I thought they were his friends.) If there is one thing that i would like to see changed before release it would be to the dashing mechanic. You have to be continuously moving for a second or two before reaching top speed. It's the same mechanic that was in Super Mario 3D World, but I feel it makes less sense for it to be here since this isn't a platformer and there's also have a special move that requires you to be in your running state and press two buttons to trigger it. I personally would want to see characters instantly start dashing, get rid of the build up time. But I'd be fine with different changes. Anyways, I will be waiting for this one to release. Looks pretty neat!

This game is really fun im the Thelhjkwalker
I'm pretty interested in the story and gameplay modifiers. The demo was pretty good and I see it being fun with friends.
Quite fun already!
I tried single player first for two runs and the tougher enemies got my ass. I got to play with a friend online later and it got way more manageable. We beat the run first try with some clutch heals. The vibes are super charming, the controls feel very responsive, many upgrades and events... Short, sweet and replayable <3
Had a ton of fun playing this with my friend today. You can tell a lot of heart and soul went into it. They took the fun elements of a ton of different games and mashed them together in a cohesive way that is very approachable for new players of the rogue like genre. Great game for a drunk family thanksgiving dinner.
Fun demo that shows promise for the full release.
I was looking for some demos to play with a friend, and this game was a lot better than I expected it to be. It's definitely worth giving the game a try.
SUPER FUN AND SUPER CUTE!!!!!! Can't wait for it to come out already feels really good! Loved the characters and animated faces! I loved it and so did chat! Hope to make a video on the demo soon! Can't wait for full game! slanderous against cats 0/10..... jk 10/10
This demo proves that casual style roguelites can totally work... I wanted to keep playing for longer. The software runs excellent and the puzzles are leaving more to be desired in a good way (I think the full release will have many many more cool opportunities to explore interesting combat engagements). I played Solo, but it would probably be more fun if I had some people to play with especially in the same room couch co-op.
