Unlanded

It's a cool puzzle-ish space game. Right now, there are ~30 levels with fun, varied gameplay and beautiful, stylish visuals.

This is what was missing after watching the expance show. In this space 2D arcade, physics is more realistic than in other serious space simulators If you are familiar with Newton's second law, then you should like it.

I am incredibly surprised by how cool this game is. At first I got pretty annoyed and ALMOST rage quit. Then I thought to myself, "Are you gonna let the game win?!" I then preceded to beat each level 4 or 5 times, and I'm glad I did. Between your surroundings, the background, and your ship, there are times I sort of lost perspective. What's moving? What's at a stand-still? Am I still moving? Lol, it was great. It almost gives you a bit of perspective into how vast and empty space can be. The controls are simple and responsive, the HUD is minimal but exactly what you need, the physics of your ship vs everything else with a gravitational pull feels really clean. It IS early access, so you can expect less than perfect polish, but I will say this game is in a MUCH better state of EA than most. I'm excited to see the finished product. 8/10 Would fly into pulsar again. Edit: I forgot to add how incredibly stunning the graphics are. The explosions, the warp effects, the lighting, the crazy obstacles, and even the map edge! Beautiful!

This game is the perfect mix of spaceflight, smooth movement, art style, and difficulty. I love this game's level design so much, in one level you are fighting gravity trying not to be absorbed by a giant sun and in some you are fighting reality itself jumping off pulsars to make way to the end. The movement in this game is amazing, the two levels where this movement shines are "Known Space 8/12" in this level you have to extremely quickly change your orbit around a black hole multiple times to unlock the exit and avoid flying into the black hole. In "Known Space 11/12" you have to hide behind a planets moon as the planet is being relentlessly bombarded by thousands of meteors, you have to make hundreds of micro adjustments in seconds to unlock the exit and leave. Overall this game is amazing and completely worth the only $4 it is.

Currently, only 2/3 of players have the achievement for finishing the tutorial. I find it a little dull and repetitive. Update: I got to a point where I have an achievement only 25% of players have. This game has objectionable level design. Uninstalling.
