Well, well, well… I had this on my wishlist for a while and then the sale came (I believe something like £1.49). To my surprise I would have actually happily paid for full price or more. I’m playing it on the Steam Deck and it runs beautifully on it. It has such a charming wee aspect to the game. The combat could be better but I enjoy it for some strange reason. The jump is a bit flighty. The RNG I felt was balanced so I don’t get bad runs too often too. It can be a bit difficult to get money later on to upgrade or to beat the 3rd boss but that is a skill issue on my end and still I don’t mind. I like the progression and the variety of relics. I will be buying Undermine 2 full price… when I finally beat the first game. This is a perfect game for me to play one or two runs a day.
Undermine é um jogo difícil nas primeiras runs e vai ficando mais suave conforme vc vai aprendendo seus sistemas e melhorando "seus" personagens, assim como qualquer outro roguelite. Isso de maneira nenhuma é diminuir o jogo, pelo contrário, Undermine faz isso muito bem feito. Eu terminei o jogo com 26 hrs, mas existe muita coisa a ser feita ainda, um sinal de que o jogo ainda te entrega mais do que só o básico. A história não é muito importante pra narrativa, o que brilha aqui é a pixel art e a (re)jogabilidade extremamente divertida e recompensadora quando vc entende como jogar. Eu super recomendo Undermine pra qualquer pessoa que goste minimamente de roguelikes e se estiver com desconto então, nem pensa, só compra!

Al principio se hace difícil el pararse para golpear y lanzar. Acabas acostumbrándote. Muy entretenido, y te deja con ganas de la próxima run OP. Similar en estilo a Isaac, pero con su propio giro en el género que lo hace interesante.

É super divertido explorar os andares da mina, sempre ficando um pouco mais forte e nunca são as mesma salas e itens. Super recomendo. Já perdi a conta de quantas vezes morri haha mas cada retorno é único.
