Under The Hood

As a breakout game it isn't very fun to me. Removing all power ups in breakout removes a lot of the fun and chaos. I know some things are hidden by codes but power ups should be apart of the fun, not hidden until you beat the game. The only thing on the board is negatives. The wrenches also move unnaturally which makes it difficult to predict where the wrench will go at times. For me all the fun of breakout was removed.

The gameplay isn't great, but that's not why we play these games. No, the sad part is that the artwork is worse. The character models are excellent and if all unlocked CGs were done by the main artist, this would be an easy recommend. Unfortunately, the CGs you unlock through the game are all done by other, random artists whose styles range from underwhelming to downright ugly. It really killed any motivation to push through the mediocre gameplay since the reward was really just a let down, if not a punishment.

In addition to the 3 base girls to conquer the game has a bonus if you have in your account marble maid, which unlocks its history and its rewards lewd. As for the art I do not find it completely appealing because following the tradition of Shady Corner Games has different artists so the art of the scenes does not look like the one in the portraits, luckily the game has a voice pack for the girls element that is also during the gameplay. 🔞[b]sexual content[/b] This content is more a bonus for completing the game rather than the main dish, the sexual content consists of "sexual scenes" between the MC and the 3 girls (+1 if you have the other game) in which are lewd images accompanied by dialogues with a voice acting that does not quite fit with the personality of the girls, these images do not have censorship of any kind but if they have very different art between them so you may like some and others not. The images are pretty vanilla without any extravagant fetish or hardcore style. 💭[b]Conclusion[/b] A game quite faithful to the philosophy of Shady Corner Games with a pretty good eh interesting gameplay and mechanics quite polished that also offers as a bonus sexual content of the protagonists to satisfy your curiosity to see them naked or in situations more lewd, so it is only recommended if you are more interested in the gameplay than sexual content. [b]이 게임은 제작사로부터 큐레이터 커넥트 받은 게임입니다.[/b] [h1]보1지 보여줌. 꼭1지 보여줌. 서양식 카툰 그림체의 벽돌깨기 + 야게임[/h1] 벽돌깨기 미션 도중에 너트 조이는게 나오는데 이 너트를 얼마나 많이 조으느냐에 따라 H씬이 해금됨. 미션 하나당 2~4개정도 나오고 1명당 50개씩 모아야 해당캐릭터의 모든 H씬을 볼 수 있음. 캐릭터가 총 3명이니까 50x3해서 150개의 너트가 필요하고 숨겨진거 합치면... 꽤 많음. 난이도는 처음에는 쉽지만 가면갈수록 트릭이나 장애물들이 늘어나고 공(여기서는 스페너)의 속도가 늘어나 어려워짐. 이렇게 장애물이랑 트릭을 배치한게 플레이어가 지루해지지 않게 하기 위함이긴 한데... 난이도가 좀 어려워진다는 부작용은 있음. H씬의 경우에는 그냥 CG를 보여주는 방식이고, CG디테일은 딱 광고페이지에 나오는 수준이니 참고할 것. 그 외 성우가 일부 대사와 추임새를 넣는정도의 성우연기가 있음. 성우 연기 수준은.... 그 미국 애니에서 일반적으로 들을 수 있을정도로 성우연기를 잘하나, 대사량이 많지는 않더라. 다만 그 적은량에 신경을 많이 써서 그런지 각종 추임새를 넣을 때 악센트는 제대로 표현했음. 치트는 없으나 도전과제가 있으며 게임 깨다보면 모든 도전과제가 해금됨. 끝으로 이 게임은 발매까지 우여곡절이 컸음. 처음 큐레이터커넥트 받았을 때는 발매하려다가 발매가 무기한 연기되었다가.. 다시 발매 하려고 시도하는 등 아마 수위때문에 스팀과 트러블이 있었던것 같음. 그래도 결국 발매하니 보기는 좋네. Alright, we all know why we're here, so let's start with that. The gallery is filled with static images, often in sets. If you want to unlock most of them you need to get 50 nuts tightened for each girl for a total of 150 nuts minimum. You will need to grind for these. To get nuts you need to try and get the nuts fully tightened on their screws by getting the wrench to fly near them for long enough before you clear the level. You then need to clear the shift without losing all of your lives to keep the nut you just got. Clear a shift without losing a life for an extra nut. The tutorial level's nuts counts toward the last girl, Trish. The last set of images is unlocked by clearing challenge mode. The game tells you how to unlock it after clearing the game. Silvie and Frankie have 1 set of challenge levels and Trish has 2 sets of challenge levels. Style-wise I think Trish has the best images followed by Silvie. Frankie is a bit of an oddball in terms of how she looks in her images. Trish and Silvie look like they do in the cutscenes and off to the side during the gameplay sections, at least for the most part. Frankie sticks out like a sore thumb in comparison. It's not bad, but it will take you out of it. The Gameplay: It's a brick breaker game mixed with some visual novel thrown in. There's no choices, but there is some story. You're a guy looking for a job and get hired at the least professional mechanic shop in town. Shenanigans ensue. Alright, time for the brick breaker section. The goal is simple: break every block without letting the wrench drop below the bar and screw as many nuts as you can before breaking the last block. There are hazards that make this harder: belts will send the wrench straight down from where it hit, coolant will speed the wrench up, oil will help slow it down, heated areas increase the heat of the wrench and can make your bar overheat and move slower. Lastly, springs will bounce off walls, blocks, the wrench, and your bars when hit. If they hit the bar, you wont be able to move it for a few seconds (or longer, if the spring comes back). The spring only stops when it falls below the bar. On some levels you get a second, smaller bar to work with/against. On easy difficulty the wrench flies through the bottom of it. On normal difficulty it will bounce off the bottom of the upper bar back toward the lower bar. All of that is fine, but here's the things I don't like: I'm pretty sure there's RNG with the bounces. When the wrench hits a wall, ceiling, screw, or block it sometimes bounces in a wild direction. This was especially frustrating in the challenge levels where there are often low blocks that could send it way out of range of where you can get the bar in time. There's also sometimes weird collision with the bars on normal difficulty, where the wrench can be sent straight down if it hits the side of the bars. Overall, it's a solid enough game with decent enough smut. I say wait for a good sale, but don't ignore it forever.
