About
This is Tyr, a tank shooter where positioning, strategic decision-making, and mastery of unique abilities win.
Tyr features a roster of specialized armored vehicles and pilots. You’ll take control of treaded and hover tanks alike as you angle & position for defense, and rumble and glide across the battlefield.
Each vehicle also offers its own tech tree and ammo & component slots, affording you the ability to upgrade and evolve your ride to suit your playstyle. You may even be able to change up your vehicle’s unique keystone tech to dynamically alter your personal meta.
Each vehicle features a unique power that impacts Tyr’s moment-to-moment play on the battlefield. A tank may have the ability to blink several vehicle lengths forward or back, send out a sonar pulse to spot enemies, or overcharge its engine to ram directly into an opponent and deal massive damage.
In Tyr, you and your opponents will only be visible when within range or while making enough noise. Deciding when to push forward and when to fire from cover could mean the difference between staying hidden and revealing your position to the entire enemy team, so play carefully.
Tyr will test your mental mettle, patience, and teamwork, as deliberate play beats whoever can fire the fastest.

Good Game
No tutorial to teach how to play. No in game chat or text? A competitive tactical game with no way to communicate?

Just a really fun tank shooter, the different tanks have unique and interesting builds and niches without feeling like it needs a massive time investment to progress
this is a perfect reason why we need neutral for recommendations. its fun enough but id say my biggest gripe atm is that about 1 in 5 matches will finish without awarding you any XP for the match. leaderboard will show dmg-asst & blocked values.. even get last hits and itll just give you the middle finger. not really sure why its a thing but hope it gets fixed soon.. otherwise its ok enough for the price tag
Warp Thunder
Good game, better then Warthunder and overwatch 2, 10/10, and the introduction is pretty good!
Incredibly fun in-depth Tank shooter. As a newcomer to the genre I had an awesome time jamming team games and solo, My only complaint is that you can't play will a full stack
Was a long player of World of Tanks, but the loot boxes and pay to win mechanics was just too much. Been playing a little bit when it was in Alpha and I absolutely love it. Fun games, can be quick games, and the art style really appeals to me. Highly recommend!
A very enjoyable little game that is rather easy to pick up and is possessing of a very concise and generally useful tutorial. Matches are quick and to the point somewhere in the range of as short as 3 minutes queue and all (very short don't charge in like that) to a more average 5-7 or even as long 10-12 again including tank select and queue times in a relatively populated area so this part may vary. There is a tank building/loadout element that I find quite fun and useful but not to the point that un-upgraded tanks are useless and if you don't wish to interact with this portion of the game at all you can absolutely just use the default build for each tank. Speaking of tanks I would say that at the moment they are generally well balanced although this is subject to change and also dependent on how much you and your team can work together. As of this moment there is no team chat or game chat to communicate your strategies and parties can only take up at most 3 out of the 8 players in the standard team size.
