Type Drivers

I'll be honest, it needs a bit of work, but I like it and could see myself playing it for hours if they just added some quality of life enhancements. 1) Typing needs a cursor, it's way too difficult to track where you are when backspacing otherwise (the bright font on a white background for highlighting letters you've typed doesn't work well. 2) Changing text background color. Honestly who is using light mode these days? Let us make it dark please. 3) The main way to play right now is solo, and there's not really a motivation to sit in the multiplayer waiting for the game to start (which takes an excessive amount of time) when you know hardly anyone else is going to be playing it. It should timeout waiting for a game faster, then I'd actually wait in multiplayer to see if others show up instead of just playing in the solo game.

While I love "typing games" (Typing of the Dead, Warhammer 40,000: Boltgun - Words of Vengeance and there was another racing one), I just can't recommend this. I mean it's good. But the lack of online players (all-time peak was 2 players at once) kills it, and that was the biggest reason why I bought it. To play it online. Also without Internet (needs for ChatGPT to make sentences), it just don't work at all. This is one of those games which could do way more with proper advertisement. And also sinks to the bottom of the game-ocean on Steam. There's just too much games to pick from. Awesome and awful ones. Game is great, but I bet this was it's peak. Also another weird thing: The game ASKS Vulkan API. Yeah, a Godot-engine thingy, which you can bypass by typing in "--rendering-driver opengl3" into the launch options. Just if you want to play with an older video card... My perfomance is now ~54 words per minute with ~95% accuracy. Not my finest. I'l train on that later on.

overall a great game for having a non-boring typing practice. The online mode is also quite nice if you want a challenge. I would say this is a great experience for the price
