A Twin Stick Endless Runner
https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=33IASRS99RM + The gameplay is very addictive, and is very similar to the likes of Super Hexagon in many ways. The goal is to survive for 60 seconds while navigating through a maze of obstacles with two cubes. What makes this game unique is that you must control both cubes independently of one another while making extremely quick decisions. + Each time you play the levels are slightly randomized + Good electronic soundtrack + Very challenging and skill focused which allows for a great deal of replayability. + 2D and 3D mode - The movement acceleration can be frustrating when trying to make short movements - Overall, there is a very minimal amount of content. This game relies on the player replaying the same stage over and over until they finally are able to reach the 60 second mark, and then move on to an even harder stage which most will likely never reach.

Для любителей пошалить нервишками
Gosh, I wish I was ambidextrous, the things I could do. My work, my fun time, my sex life, all of it would be great. What’s that I hear you say?! No! Ambidextrous is not Dexter driving an ambulance in a killing spree! It is when you equally use your left and right hands. Where the hell was your devious mind? Like me, if you want to sharpen your Homer-ish mind (the yellow guy, not the greek philosopher) and your Ninja-less reflexes, then lets take a look at Twixel. Story There is none, make it up as you go. Live with it. Game Play Game play is so simple yet fun. You control two boxes that must traverse a downwards scrolling maze. Sounds so simple it should be a breeze….. guess what princess, it’s not. You control the left box with your left hand on the A & D keys and the right box with the right hand on left and right arrow keys. You slide the boxes left and right simultaneously, avoiding obstacles as they come down. You can hit the sides walls to you hearts content but hit an obstacle and you might as well throw both your hands in the air and scream “Rimmer is a Smeg-head!” You must navigate these mazes as long as you can because if you can last for 60 seconds or more, you get to unlock more fiendishly hard levels. If not, then take heed of these words of wisdom from Master Yoda “Do or Do not, there is no Frys….. with Burger of mine, Yes!” The are 6 levels (or styles) to choose. Pixel, Vector and Polygon with Hyper Pixel/Vector/Polygon being unlock when you last past 60 seconds, and if you last 60 seconds in all of those, you unlock the Twixel (if you can, then your an ambidextrous Super-Sayan or a bloody Vulcan!) Everything Else There is no mouse support (it would be nice) so navigation through the game and option is via left and right arrow keys and space bar. You have the option of 2D and 3D graphic and music volume. Music is annoying so turn it off and go with some Def Leppard on this one. Graphics is just simple box style so nothing to get excited over, but it is clean with no unwanted pixeling. So if your training to throw daggers with both hands, or double wield MG42’s then Twixel by Caesoose Studios is your goto training app, if not, then you better find something else to do with your two hands. Cancer game.
Twixel is a minimalist low poly endless runner with a basic twist, you have to control two entities through two different obstacle courses at the same time. Ok whatever. This is not better or more interesting than an endless runner, nothing takes away from this being the lowest denominator of all gaming formats, and with worse presentation than endless runners like Temple Runner, it's difficult to see any appeal for gamers here, especially considering this is a paid product. From a technical perspective, the game doesn't meet basic minimum requirements that most PC gamers expect as standard. There's no options to change the resolution for the game or customise the graphics settings. There's no way for gamers to ensure this is running at the native resolution of their displays... there's no guarantee this game will look right on any PC as a result of this hamfisted design decision. There's no way for gamers to try improve the low quality graphics (but you can make them worse with a "2D make the game suck even more" mode). The game features lazy minimalist/untextured low-polygon "retro" assets and visuals, making this look like a barely functional 3D game from the early 1990s. The lack of textures is a method that lazy devs often use to disguise their lack of talent/interest in doing the graphics properly and trying to disguise it under the name of "art", or "We made it look bad on purpose", which really isn't something gamers should have to put up with. It's unclear why the developers weren't willing to arrange high quality, high polygon count contemporary assets and high resolution textures for the game. It looks bad as a result of their decisions, and that's just another reason to avoid it. The controls can't be customised, which will be an annoyance for many, but it can also render the game unplayable for differently-abled gamers. PC gamers will be insulted by the presence of console peasant children's toy controller prompts, despite this being on PC. Developers should try to be aware which platform they're developing for. The very poor quality of this game puts it squarely on-par with ancient 1990's Flash/Java games, and given it's 2023 (and this was released not so far back in 2016), gamers and the industry expect and deserve better than this kind of low effort shovelware. These technical defects push this game below acceptable standards for any modern PC game. You don't have to take my word about how bad the game is, we can measure the interest in a game by how much people bothered to play it. Twixel has achievements, and they show us a very clear picture that the game absolutely failed to capture any interest from gamers. The most commonly and easily attained achievement is for dying in less than 6 seconds (I wished the game itself would die within 6 seconds but you have to play for 5 minutes before you're allowed to warn other gamers about it), but only around 1 percent of players bothered to get that far before uninstalling the game. That's a tiny, tiny proportion of gamers who even bothered with this. Ouch. Reviewing SteamDB to check how popular this game was with players reveals a surprise... there's a very healthy spike in player counts for the game. But this isn't consistent with the achievement stats, that show less than 1 percent of players bothered playing the game for any reasonable amount of time. How is it possible for this game to have so many concurrent players who weren't even playing the game? Trading cards. Players will use card idling software to collect the cards and sell them, but this won't trigger any achievements in-game. That tells us people only really bought this game for trading cards, and that's a damning indictment of the woeful quality. A closer look at the numbers shows the game just has a couple of players every week running up the game and idling it for cards, then deleting it. We must ask how it benefits gamers for there to be so many games like this, with no merit as a serious game, that only generate sales from people idling and selling the trading cards. Twixel is relatively cheap at $1 USD, but it's not worth it. Given the defects and quality issues with the game, coupled with the unrealistic price, this is impossible to recommend. There's free endless runners on mobile app stores better than this.
💋
