Every price cut of more than 20% we have observed, in each market that quoted one, with this game's chart position on either side of it. These are episodes, not a model: a sale is one event, and one event cannot tell you what the next one will do.
For scale, across Steam · Top Sellers · Brazil over the last 30 days: the 26 chart moves that followed a price cut of more than 20% went a median of 7 places towards #1, and the 2,400 moves with no price cut behind them went 2 away. One store, one chart, one country — it is the only place we have enough observations to say even that.
Prices outside the United States have been collected since 6 August 2026 and chart positions since 19 July 2026, so a cut older than that has no market to compare and a market that joined later has no history yet. Nothing here is converted between currencies.

Trivia Vault: Auto Racing Trivia is a straightforward, fast-paced quiz title that takes the familiar formula of the Trivia Vault series and applies it to the world of motorsports. Designed as a bite-sized trivia challenge rather than a deep or evolving game, it places you in the role of a contestant racing against a ticking timer to answer questions drawn from a pool of auto-racing facts, history, and terminology. The structure mimics a game-show format: each correct answer boosts your cash value, and stringing together enough correct responses allows you to “crack” a vault and advance. This framing gives the experience a sense of momentum, encouraging quick thinking and rewarding players who enjoy being put on the spot. The flow of play is intentionally simple. Across twenty-five vaults, you tackle a total of 250 racing-related questions covering drivers, tracks, championships, rule nuances, and general motorsport lore. Each round moves briskly—questions appear, choices pop up, and you must answer before time runs out. The tempo gives the game a pick-up-and-play appeal, making it easy to sit down for a few minutes and burn through several vaults without feeling committed to a lengthy session. The inclusion of lifelines adds a minor buffer for errors, allowing you to slip once or twice without automatically ending a run, though the core challenge still relies heavily on recollection and swift decision-making. Visually and mechanically, the game follows the established Trivia Vault blueprint without embellishment. The interface is clean but barebones, designed to fade into the background so the focus stays on the questions. There are no flashy animations, dynamic backgrounds, or thematic flair tied to auto racing beyond the content of the trivia itself. This minimalist approach is both a strength and a limitation. On one hand, it keeps the experience distraction-free and functional; on the other, it prevents the game from capturing the excitement, atmosphere, or style that auto racing fans might expect from a themed game. Instead of immersing you in a racing aesthetic, it simply delivers questions at high speed. The biggest strength of the game lies in its accessibility. Anyone with even a passing interest in motorsports can jump in and test their knowledge with minimal fuss, and the rapid delivery of questions gives the gameplay a kinetic rhythm. The question pool spans historical and modern topics, ensuring that fans of different racing eras can find something familiar. Of course, as with any trivia game, enjoyment hinges on how much you actually like the subject matter. For dedicated racing fans, many of the questions will feel like a fun jog down memory lane. For general players, the specificity of the content may feel niche or even esoteric. That specificity, however, also reveals the game’s greatest drawback: limited longevity. With only 250 questions, the pool is exhausted quickly, and once you’ve seen everything, replay sessions become an exercise in memorization rather than knowledge testing. Without randomized formats, refreshed question sets, or rotating categories, the sense of discovery fades fast. This isn’t a trivia platform meant for extended investment—it functions more like a single-use quiz booklet that offers a brief burst of entertainment before running out of new material. Another element that contributes to the game’s mixed reception is its achievement system. Like many entries in the Trivia Vault line, Auto Racing Trivia features thousands of achievements, a design choice that has sparked controversy among Steam users. Achievements are awarded so rapidly and with so little effort that they feel disconnected from genuine progress or skill. For some players, this makes the game an easy way to inflate their achievement count; for others, it diminishes the meaningfulness of achievements entirely. This quirk doesn’t affect the game’s core functionality, but it shapes how the community perceives its value. In the end, Trivia Vault: Auto Racing Trivia is a modest, no-frills trivia experience tailored to a very specific audience. It succeeds in offering a quick, accessible way for motorsport enthusiasts to challenge their knowledge, and its fast-paced structure keeps it engaging in short bursts. However, its limited question pool, minimal presentation, and absence of any deeper systems mean it cannot hold attention for long. It is best viewed as a brief, disposable trivia diversion: something to pick up once or twice for a casual challenge rather than a game intended for extended or repeated play. For what it is—a compact, speedy auto racing quiz—it delivers, but it never aims for anything more. Rating: 6/10
